The owner is a awesome lady and Cares for your pets and unlike mean groomers that don’t care about comfort for your pet she does and bathing your pet with warm water is thoughtful and loving…. I choose ruff to fluff because I know my Baby boy Rex will be bathed n a warm Bath…. Choose Ruff to fluff if you would not take a cold bath or give your pet a cold bath this groomer loves your pet like you do….

I have a 4 month old bichon who needed her first cut, and I was very nervous about finding someone I trusted with my baby. After reading a lot of reviews, I felt Ruff 2 Fluff would be the right fit for us. I left a message and Jenna called me back the same day. She offered us an appointment the very next morning, the week before Christmas, due to a cancellation! I was so anxious, but once we arrived I instantly felt at ease. Jenna is the sweetest person, and the owner is as well. They were so loving to my girl, and BONUS, the grooming was just as amazing! I truly appreciate the level of kindness they showed us both, and Jenna's patience and expertise with a first groom. Jenna and Ruff 2 Fluff are absolute gems!

Jenna is so sweet and patient with my fur babies, one of which is 16, with very limited sight and hearing. The shop is very clean and small, which makes me feel good about trusting her to care for my pups.

We needed to get our little baby cleaned up while visiting Sport! We got lucky and were able to get her in with Jenna wow Jeanna has to be a dog whisperer! Our little baby is a maniac when it comes time to get groomed! Jenna is a 1 in a million when it comes to grooming pets! You should def give Ruff 2 Fluff a call for your pet grooming needs!

The Shreveport Fairy Dog Mother is so great! Teddy loves her and he is so happy everytime he gets a trim. I've tried a few other groomers, and she is heads and tails better, and for the same pricing!
