As always Kyle in the Service center is very attentive, helpful, and ensures I am constantly apprised of things throughout the process. His knowledge and relationships with the technicians allow the communication with me the customer to be top notch!! I request him with the department when I call in for a scheduled service and a non-scheduled service like this time due to needing all new tires! Again, he ensured I got the best deal and best tires

We had a mixed experience buying from this dealer. The two vehicles we came to see (2014 GMC Terrain Denali and 2007 Lexus GX470) both had severe mechanical issues that were not reflected in the price or the website. That being said, our Sales Associate, Laurie Williams, was 5-stars across the board. She was open and honest with us about both vehicles the moment we asked about them and then helped us find a vehicle for our daughter's first car that fit her needs and her budget. I cannot say enough good things about her. Once the deal was made, the management and financial side ensured we stayed within the agreed upon terms.
