Spectacular customer service! I brought my grandmothers truck here to get some maintenance done, we didn't have an appointment made but the desk workers had no issue with that! Earl was extremely pleasant to talk to, was calm and made me feel very comfortable. The waiting room is clean and quiet, the coffee is good considering I'm not much of a coffee drinker. Staff all took turns coming by and checking on everyone in the waiting room. I promised to give Earl a shoutout for his amazing customer service and pleasant attitude! :) whether you're purchasing a vehicle or coming back for routine maintenance, this dealership is worth it!

There is a reason everyone knows this place is terrible, because it is reality. I had an appointment at 8 am today (Monday) and when I got there they said it would be Thursday at the earliest before they could look at my truck. They have no concept of what an appointment is. But that is typical for them.

My daughter bought an $85,000 Explorer Sport model ST. Loaded. Paid 35,000 cash down. She drove it for 6 weeks before the front right sensor in the bumper just fell out while she was driving down the road. Note: I warned them to go to Volvo Shreveport to get the XC90, but they didn't listen. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, because with every new car I ever bought, if a car was under warranty, I received a loaner car if it was going to be longer than a day. I also received this service from Holmes Honda.Roundtree don't care. After the sale they suck. She took it to three dealerships and none of them wanted to do the repair. She finally had to just make the dealership take it to fix. He said that he didn't know how long it would take, and it has been a week now. They haven't even started on it. Now, why would they tell her to bring it a week early and not offer her a car to drive in the meantime? I suspect because she is about 5 foot tall, young, and small. They may say that this isn't their policy anymore, but real customer service auto offer loaners, especially when the broken piece of crap sensor fell out in six weeks. Now, she is driving my wife's car 100 miles every day, while I take my wife to work. No one expects to pay for stuff like this when they bought a brand new, off the truck, ordered special, $85,000 special edition vehicle.Roundtree sucks. They won't ever have another vehicle purchased from our family. Learn some customer service. Oh, and the service will be done by the first Ford dealership that treats her with respect. This will NEVER be Roundtree. Lot of Ford dealerships that care about their customers. Please beware of no service after the sale of brand new vehicles at Roundtree Ford. I wouldn't take a chance. Not going to give my name, but I can be texted at 3182681867. BTW. Seeing as how I determine what we buy for fleet cars at my business, you can bet that I'm going to tell everyone I see and know how crappy these folks are.

I purchased a limited edition vehicle from Roundtree Ford, remotely from California. I worked with Ken, who helped get me into an amazing example of the vehicle for a very fair price. They handled everything quickly and did not try to add on "fake" fees. They coordinated with my transporter and the car arrived exactly as expected! It was a pleasure doing business with them. I believe them to be a trustworthy business.

Absolute worst vehicle purchase in my life. 1 star because 0 isn't a choice. I purchased a used f150 on 3-14-23. The vehicle supposedly went through a rigorous inspection. However, I found that not to be the case shortly after purchase. The second time I drove the vehicle it began making a whining noise on the front end. I took the vehicle in to a mechanic I use and trust he said it needed wheel bearings and brakes. The vehicle was drove 3 additional times after new bearings and brakes when an engine knock popped up. Immediately, took vehicle back to mechanic where it was diagnosed as needing new motor and knocking noise coming from a rod inside the motor. Mind you I have only owned vehicle 3 weeks and put less than 750 miles on the vehicle. At this point I called Rountree, and they said bring it in. Their "trained Ford professionals" said it did not need a motor but new timing chain and cam phasers. I asked the service manager 3 times if he guaranteed this would correct the knocking noise. 3 times he said it would. I approved the $4200 worth work at their recommendation. After an additional week in the shop, I was text not called by service that the repairs did not fix the knock. Service then recommending a complete overhaul of the motor and a rough estimate of $7000-$8000 just to find out what the problem was and could not pin point what was causing knocking without doing so. At this point, having been screwed over twice I wasn't waiting for a third. I requested to have dealership tell me what they would give me on trade. I was told someone would call me before end of the day. At noon the following day, no one had called with offer on the truck. I called and was connected with a sales manager named Richard. Richard has a terrible unprofessional attitude and obviously couldn't care less if Rountree has good reputation or not. Originally, he pretended he knew nothing about my situation and if he didn't he had 0 interest in obtaining information. Obviously, I am frustrated at this point but in no point in my conversation with him did I use profane language or yell so his reaction and vocabulary with me was uncalled for. Guess he felt the need to flex over something.... or so he thought he was anyway... Ultimately, his boss got involved and made me an offer for $5,000 less than I bought the truck for 4 weeks prior to. I was told I could trade the truck back or they would buy it back at that price. The dealership was unwilling to eat the un-needed "repairs" or accept responsibility that they misdiagnosed the problem as well as all the problems I incurred before which should have been caught during the so called "inspection". Richard even smarted off that my driving habits likely caused the issues. Mind you the vehicle was only put on interstate at 70 mph one time.... So after numerous phone calls trying to reach a resolution I took their check. When I went to get my check Richard still wanted to be a smart aleck "Here's your check for $8.42". Maybe it was a pitiful attempt at humor but after being taken to the woodshed 3 times by the dealership I was in no mood for "humor". I went to another dealership and bought a new F150. Richard ensured I would never entertain the thought of buying another vehicle from Rountree Ford. You'd have to be an idiot to buy a new vehicle from them anyway. I drove to Marshall Ford and bought a new Lariat F150 4x4 V8 for what they wanted for a XL F150 4x4 V8 for and received 10,000x better service. Next time you think about stopping in here keep driving, hop on 3132 then I20 west to Marshall, Texas. At least you'll be treated fairly and won't have to worry about a dealership trying to pull one or three over on you.

My fiancé bought his truck there and Laurie Williams sold it to him. We will never go another place or do business with another salesman she is absolutely the best, she stayed way after they were closed and went above and beyond to get him in a truck he wanted. We absolutely love and adore her. Thanks for making buying a vehicle a good experience..Charlie and Amanda #onestepclosertoanewlife

Last year I had my heater core and evaporator core replaced at Wray Ford.Recently I started smelling antifreeze inside the cab and knew what the problem was: heater core already failed.I took my truck back to Wray Ford and they wouldn't even trouble shoot my truck. Then I was told they did a pressure test and couldn't find anything wrong. I got tired of the run-around and picked my truck up. When I picked it up I could clearly smell antifreeze and told the "service advisor" as much. He wouldn't even look me in the eye or walk over to my truck.I called the service manager at Rountree Ford, a Mr Bass, and explained my problem to him and asked if they would repair my truck and cover the parts warranty. He told me they'd be glad to take care of it, it may take awhile to get to it but to bring it over. They were actually able to trouble-shoot it within two days. Yes, heater core and evaporator core leaking. WOW!!! Now why couldn't that have happend at the other place? They never looked at it because they weren't going to make money off of it.I think they ended up keeping my truck about 3 weeks. Supposedly it took a week to get the parts in (and I'm sure it did). This is the problem I had at Rountree Ford: the service advisor I was handed off to NEVER answered my calls OR returned my calls when I left voice messages. He NEVER called me to keep me updated on what was going on with my truck. The other probelm I had was after I was able to get ahold of Mr Bass he told me my truck would be ready on a Friday. By Wednesday the following week I still haven't heard from anybody. I called and after several attempts was told that the mechanic would start work on my truck the next day and it should be ready that evening. So the only time I actually talked to the service advisor assigned to me was when he told me my truck was ready for pick-up. Any other information I got was from Mr Bass or another service advisor and of course I was given wrong days as to when my truck would actually be ready.I also feel like it took so long was because this was warranty work (that they shouldn't have even been responsible for) and people actually paying out of pocket were placed ahead of me.Even though I'm not happy with the lack of communication I will take my truck back to Rountree Ford for any repairs I might need.

Updated: The Manager of Rountree Ford responded to my first review a d asked me to email him to discuss. I did. He's never responded or followed up. Terrible, terrible dealership that is incredibly deceptive. Don't be fooled!

I know 8 years ago i had an negative experience here and vowed not to use this place, but unfortunately I was working so much as I didn't have time to troubleshoot my vehicle my self as I try to do. So off to Rountree Ford I go. I will never use the service department here again and dang for sure won't buy another vehicle from here again (bought SUV & Truck). Total rip off and bad business practice. Charged almost $300 for diagnostics, to tell me I need a $5,000 job (2k parts & 3k labor) instead of a couple dollar fuse. The service advisor had the Tech come out and talk to me, I ask if he was sure that's my problem and he said yes. I ask if there was a fuse blown he said... No! So I opted to just pay the diagnosis fee, cause $5k is just to steep at moment. Since then I have spent $1300 on my parts and was scheduled for having another repair shop to do the job when I found the blown fuse (5 pk $5.00) $1 fixed my issue. Unbelievable, and even more a slap in the face when told by service manager basically that they don't feel they should've found, replace or even tell me a fuse was blown as part of the diagnosis. Heed my warning, as I will steer everyone as far away from this service department in the near future.

Can't speak to the sales side, but the service and parts department are less than stellar. Ordered a part for my truck, and asked them to make sure it was the right part for my truck using the VIN. Two times they ordered the wrong part. Never did get it from them, and had to order elsewhere. Had a warranty issue, and they gave me the runaround about not purchasing the truck there. Then, they took some photos of the issue (a known defect in some F-150 dashes) and said they would get back with me. Went in twice, talked to the same service advisor and never got anywhere.
