Do not order flowers from this shop. Spent $300.00 on two rose bouquets and roses were fully opened and drooping. Offered a 25% discount on next. Order!!!! Will not happen because I will not use them again!!!!???????????????

The young lady was nice who checked me out but slower than a Sloth. They were just kind of out dated and pricey for the flowers. I was passing through on my way to meet my daughter from LSU. However I'll just buy flowers in Dallas before I leave next time.

Last month I placed an order for a stand of flowers for a funeral that was held at Roseneath Funeral Home on Southside Drive (right by the flower shop). I asked for a mixture of colors and flowers in the spray. I was charged $100 plus tax. I placed the order at approximately 11:30 the day before the funeral. Visitation began an hour before the funeral. When I arrived at the funeral, I scanned the sprays that were on stands. No spray contained the mixed flowers and colors. After the funeral I asked which flowers had my card on there. I was told the spray with the red flowers ..all red. This was not what I ordered and not what I paid for. I actually do not like to have all red flowers at a funeral. A day or so after the funeral, I called the flower shop. Spoke to the same lady that I placed the order with. She found my ticket but yet could not tell me what I ordered nor what was delivered. She told me she would have to ask the delivery drivers...said there were two of them. She also made the comment my order was last minute. Huh? It gave them a little over 24 hours and the delivery was across the street. She took my phone number and said she would call me back. No one from the flower shop ever called me . So i paid for flowers I did not receive. I got terrible service.

Flower arrangements were nice, but the sales part was very dry.Didn't feel welcoming and she acted like she didn't have time for us. Maybe they need to hire someone just for sales and maybe they would be friendlier.
