The older man at this salon is the meanest person I have ever encountered at a nail salon. No people skills, very loud and snappy and just plain old rude. His wife and son are the total opposite. I went to have my acrylic nails removed and was going to get gel polish on my real nails after he was so rude. I decided to not let him do the gel nails. I went elsewhereService: Acrylic nails

I have never in my life gone to a business and be treated the way I was treated by this elderly nail tech. When I fist got there he opened up the shop to let us in.. he didn’t greet none of us. He started filing my nails then asked me what type of nails I wanted. I told him natural but I didn’t want them thick looking. He went ballistic.. told me that I wasn’t gonna tell him how to do his job.. then told me to get out. I’m looking at him like are you serious?? I told him he was rude and very unprofessional. He told me to get out. I’ve never in my life been treated this way. I told him I should put him on social media.. he said he didn’t care. I will never ever go back to that run down dump. He needs to focus on treating his bloodshot eyes and that attitude. If you do not like people pick another profession. Horrible service.. nasty attitude.. dirty looking salon. I should’ve turned around and left the minute I walked in and he didn’t greet us. I hope your business never prosper and remain the dump it already is.

I went in this morning on the recommendation of a coworker. The guy let myself and two other ladies in. He didn't even say hi. So the nails that I wanted done could only be done by Timmie.. so I said I will wait until the older nail tech finishes. I was called when my turn came. I sat down.. he asked me what type of nails I wanted , I said the natural nails. He started filing my nails and I added in a pleasant tone..that I didn't want them done thick with all the goop under my nails. He proceeded to yell at me.. telling me that I wasn't going to tell him how to do his job. I'm stunned because how can you tell me that you are going to do my nails the way you want and not the way a paying customer wants. He then proceeds to get up and tell me to get out. I'm still stunned and tells him that he is rude and very unprofessional. I have never been to a place that has the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to experience. I should've left the minute I walked into that dump. It's decorated with pieces that came from someone's home that should've been thrown away. It was disgusting, dirty and trashy. I don't know if the person pictured is the owner, if so.. then his nasty attitude is reflective in the way the business as a whole looks. If you don't like people..or have an attitude with potential customers, then I hope your business continues to suck like your customer service . First and last impression matters because I would NEVER cross that raggedy threshold again. Having to even select a one star.. do that I could leave this review burns me up. You deserve a -0

This place was great. When I arrived for my appointment with Kami I was the only person scheduled at that time. I'm so used to being overbooked with others so this was pleasant. I went for a mani/pedi and I enjoyed it so much I can't wait to return. The owners are always nice and welcoming. Kami did an awesome job as always.

Nice family nail salon. Very talented down to earth nail techs with good work ethic. Pleasant atmosphere. This nail salon was not over stated with a lot of fake frills. The people provided a quality finished nail design for a reasonable price comparable to what I have driven to Texas to receive. I will be back
