Wash job was not great for the price but I paid 160+ dollars for a wash, wax and interrior conditioning. The wax was supposed to be a past wax but it was sprayed on from a bottle. The seat conditioning was good. The vacuuming was TERRIBLE to say the least. Windows were streaked once I got in it at night. Will not be back. Before you say I should have come inside to complain, I see no point in getting a employee in trouble as they were nice as hell. I really don't think its on the employees as while I was there, they were constantly moves from one vehicle to another in a rush. Quality beats quantity in this line of work... overall it was OK but no where near worth the $160+ it cost me.

I’ve been going to the car wash for about roughly two years.
The positives:
Friendly employees at the washing station
Fast service
The reason for two stars:
Two weeks ago, I’ve taken two of my cars to road runner ( they always hand wash my cars). This particular time my cars weren’t washed as well as they normally would’ve been. I was not happy with the situation, hence naturally I informed the gentleman at front register( professionally but I expressed my unsatisfaction ). His response was “ if you are not happy here , there are other car washes in Shreveport you can take the car to”.
I once again informed him professionally this was not an appropriate response to a long term customer who’s providing feed back.
Second incidence : (7/31/24)
The gentleman at the front register charged me higher price than two weeks ago for the exact same car. ( car was not any less dirtier or cleaner). I also have been taking cars here for two years so I’m aware of the hand wash prices.
His response was we charge different amounts depending on the time of the day and depending on how busy we are.( this is a Wednesday morning and car wash is anything but busy)
I thought this was an odd, inaccurate and a sketchy answer. This is was very non transparent way to conduct business. I hope the owner can look in to the matter as this a good car wash that suffers from customer service aspect.

One of the worst truck wash ever . Paid for the ultra pretty much got clean outside body . And it was all clean . I inspect the truck was told by employee needed acid to clean . I refuse rewashing after the word acid. He did even wipe down inside.

I dont mind paying for a service, I don't even mind what it costs if I want the service I get it. This is my second and last time to use this place. For 100$ your telling me they can't clean the inside of a vehicle any better? You should have a manager look at these vehicles before you turn them back over to customers and if you do have one, you should fire him. RIDICULOUS!
Update: Response to the Establishment Owner. - Sir I have a Ford F350 dually, your people were asked the cost to hand wash and clean and wipe down the driver & passenger side and told not to worry about the rear seat area. I was given a price of $100.00. So more than 3 times your most expensive service, again I didn't mind since I wanted it done. The guy was told my expectations. The service took an hour, I should not have to come out and inspect YOUR work no matter if you have a sign or not, I'm not offering a service, im paying for a service. You or a supervisor should inspect your employees work, period. If you can look at the pictures provided and tell me it's a good job you may need glasses.

The place is okay. Very pricy for a cash wash for the service they say that they will provide. The level of detail is below average. I guess I tried but will not be going back.
I would recommend going to twin cities cash wash in bossier … much better service for the same price.

Great place to go get your vehicle washed and detailed for a reasonable price. I just wish they would refrain from the political mumbo-jumbo on the television while customers are waiting for their vehicles. Put the TV on a cooking or sports channel instead, or something brings people together.

They cleaned my car well. I initially thought my registration and everything in my console was thrown away, but they clarified it had been put in a bag, which I found in the trunk.

Great job. The hand dry job was thought and complete I will go back and will tell my family, friends and neighbors to get their cars washed there. They also have a detailing service which I didn’t have the time to get. I will in my next visit
