Horrible place to live. Lived on top floor neighbors hear everything such as foot steps , floors seemed to be weak. Someone was shot in building near my apartment. They have a fee for everything. Summer 2023 pool was almost near open and I as sent a text that if other people trash it they will close it again so i had to pay for my family to swim somewhere else. At night on weekends it was loud music .. during the school year the band plays from school across street and you can hear it all. Horrible, horrible do not move there!

This place is a good place to stay but the only person that messes up the people in the office is Sonya, if she doesn’t like you she will find a way to not allow you to move there that is the reson they got rid of her at Westwood Village. I am trying to find a number for Corporate so that i can report her. They will lose a lot of business with her working there.

I just have to give a Big Huge SHOUTOUT to our Management Team!!! I really appreciate these ladies for going the extra mile to do their best to maintain this property. I’ve been a resident in this community since 2018. Sonya and Heather have not only been tenacious in handling any maintenance issues, which are very minimal but have been great supporters informing us of any community involvements that may assist us individually. Even the empathy and compassion they both have shown me during my times of illnesses, to know someone cares means a lot when you’re in distress. So I speak from the bottom of my heart when I say Thank you Sonya and Thank you Heather. You two made a positive difference in my stay here at Riverdale! May God Bless You Both!

They don't know how to have their maintenance people fix anything that's not working and the apartment complex always smells like weed from people smoking in the other apartments

Current residence of my twins 15 years granddaughters... haven't visited anytime and seem anything unusual..I feel safe with them here..but they stay inside mostly.
