They couldn't find the registration to my sons truck. All she had to do was look in the door. Said she looked all over the passenger side. Uhm no you didn't. Rude & unprofessional.

They came to tow me out and ended up totaling my car. The report was total lie made it seem I was completely at fault for the damage. I think they must have a contract with caddo sheriff. The guy was friendly but didn't even come to apologize for damage done. Never do business with them.

Insulting and unprofessional office staff and not willing to listen to reason. We needed to use their driveway for about 3 minutes to find out where to park the truck to get welded at the business next door. She was rude and had no respect for prospective customers. I read all the bad reviews after our run-in with her. I will definitely not make use of their services in the future.

Really need a 0 they will steal whatever you have value, deny you to get ur personal belongings or give u a hour when it's everything u own in the camper and then ban you from premises so u can't obtain the rest of what's left that they hadn't taken. They are shady and it's not secure at all holes all in the fence suppose to be secure facility told me no cameras haha where the truck was parked convient huh and all the people are shady as they come in the office so out next step in filing civil suit against them which will be they told me to do so hoped they meant it bc they will get getting it. The wrecker driver was posing as the owner and infact is not the owner but wrong one to play games with but maybe this will bring light to what type of business they really have going on there.

my car was stolen by the b**** that runs this chop shop with the help of the Caddo parish sheriff and Shreveport police departments! i guess they don't ENFORCE THE JUDGE'S ORDERS UNLESS THEY'RE COMING AFTER OUR POOR ASSES

They were very rude and unprofessional I ask the guy that towed my truck how did the window get broken he started being defensive and yelling then when I started being rude back he and the lady in the office threatened to call the police on me it was very stressful when all I done was ask a simple question and to top it off they stole the battery out the truck so we can’t even start it they caused more damage that I have to pay for he told my boyfriend that he apologize for his actions because I’m pregnant and he should’ve let it go but he wasn’t even man enough to tell me himself I honestly feel like they shouldn’t even have a business because they don’t know how to run one.

They are very rude to you they do not want to help you with anything especially when you just got out of the hospital after a wreck. I explained to them that my license was in my truck and I wanted to see it I had the title and the registration and a picture of my ID on my phone and the lady was very rude to me about and she was extremely rude to my grandfather over him just asking simple question. She would walk away as you was talking to her I would not recommend this place to anyone I wouldn't do business with them at all

Very very disrespect unprofessional rudeness and very eager to take ur car not letting me get my car back for1000 bucks and that's the only cat I have to get to work and do my gigsBut they don't care I don't have 336.33 to get my car back I have a 1000 but told me get out her office and want let me make payment bad bad company

Finding this towing service while being broken down in the early morning hours was a God send! I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service, dedication, and empathy Dustin had for me as a customer in my time of need. I truly appreciate it, and I would recommend this business to anyone.
