Everything has been good. I didn’t know I was getting a used washer and dryer, but I guess sometimes you’re going to get tricked into something like that. Everyone isn’t always honest.

sense I have been dealing with this store I have had issues... they messed up my paperwork accused me of missing my first payment and came banging on my door and yelling my name like they were the police... I've been going threw a little hardship but keep in contact and always pay when I say I'm going to pay.. The male staff members a very unprofessional and have sent me really rude text messages.... i'm honestly tired of dealing with them and would rather turn in my things and start new payments with someone else.

Your representative tells me you have the washer and dryer I wanted so I fill out the paperwork and wait little over an hour for them to finish someone else's paperwork before being told you do not in fact have any dryer at all whatsoever and they actually have the nerve to ask if I want just the washer!!!!!! I'm going to Aaron's to get just a washer out of principle of being lied to
