The cost and procedure to rent is an excellent and easy process. My problem is with the facility. My unit has holds in the ceiling. I’m worried that when it ran my item might get wet.

Had a little hiccup at first, they texted me the lock code, but not the gate code. I called the number that the text came from and the lady who I talked to was very helpful in helping me with that. Unit could have been a little cleaner, but over all I was happy with the whole experience.

Great customer service. My unit door however is off the hinge and barely can open and close it. It needs to be fixed asap.

I'm sorry but the service was not good I went to move in my storage no one available and they had lock on the storage which forced me to get another storage and got caught in the rain while moving I just don't see how you have no one on site

The auction customer service people were excellent. But at first I called the storage unit itself and the person I talked to was not so good. She was hard to understand and not very helpful.

Rented a unit online.Showed up to property.The unit I paid for was supposed to be a 10×20.When I got there the unit number I was assigned was by no means a 10×20.I called and asked did they have the size I requested and paid for?They did not and while I was there a homeless man came out of one of the vacant unit.Apperently we woke him up when we drove in.I asked for my money to be refunded and I would find another place that would give me the size I paid for.I was then informed I would still be charged a 15.00 administrator fee.I am the one that should be charging a fee.For the inconvenience of thinking I had a unit.And my gas and time to find another place.But from the lack of security at the location that allows the homeless to enter and stay and do who knows what else there, I'm glad I'm not renting there!!Oh and the 1 star is because it wouldn't allow me to post with touch at least one star

Terrible management. Exit gate was broke and the gate code to enter didn't work so I had to wait for actual person over the phone to give me a temporary code.
