The agent I used in Shreveport, LA (Chuck Horne) did nothing but list the house. No assessment of the property, no marketing plan or use of social media, and no open houses despite repeated requests for one. He listed the property on the MLS, but zero subsequent effort to actually find a buyer. I'm finding someone else willing to actually work.
