The Raceway on Hearn Avenue in Shreveport does not sell diet soda. I was told this by one of the cashiers. I would like to know why with literally millions of diabetics in this country.

Very bad service, they attend you very reluctantly, buy things and do not want to give you a bag, to put what you buy there, and then give you the change very reluctantly, She is called love, and her partner today, date 30/06/25

If you're getting off on I 20 and HearneAvenue,
Find a better gas station than raceway to go to .the staff is very rude To its customers ,disrespectful and their prices are Way too high. That's like being slapped in the face twice. If it was possible Id give them zero stars. If you're like me I work hard to earn my money I don't want someone Being rude to me while i'm spending it at their establishment

Ah, Raceway on Hearn Ave, where every visit feels like a scene from a suspense thriller. Let's start with the positives – the staff inside are genuinely nice, which is impressive considering the chaos just outside the door.
As soon as you step out of your car, you're greeted by a colorful array of characters roaming the parking lot. Some seem to be having intense conversations with invisible friends, while others are politely requesting spare change for their next interstellar mission. It's like a live street theater performance, really.
Oh, and let's not forget the guy chilling in his car, who's always ready with the timeless question, "Are you Five-oh?" It's a great icebreaker, especially when you're just trying to grab some snacks and not audition for an undercover cop role.
Now, about the ambient soundtrack – are those fireworks lighting up the sky, or is it just the percussion section of a nearby band? Well, who knows? It adds an element of surprise to your shopping experience.
In summary, Raceway on Hearn Ave is not just a convenience store; it's a cultural hub where you can test your street smarts and enjoy impromptu performances by the local community. Just remember to bring your wits and maybe a scriptwriter, because you never know when inspiration might strike.

Their customer service makes up for the location. Just advise to go during the day.

Great store to shop at, just in a horrible location. Also, if the cashier would take maybe 3 minutes of his time away from the conversation with someone about some sports game, on his phone, things might run a little smoother. Overall not a horrible experience, but some employees could use a bit of retraining.

Bait and switching their prices. When they drop their prices they update it IMMEDIATELY. When prices go up they wont updste google for a day or two. I just drove from the nearest gas station to hope to save 15 cents. I will NEVER return to this dishonest gas station or any in its chain again.
