Pretty sad QT allows local guys to use their lot as their personal parking space. Wrecked trucks, broke down trucks, personal vehicles taking out parking spots.Drivers doing that might as well be stealing from QT. The store relies on people buying stuff from inside.

The cashier didn’t gave my change back. He was getting mad because I want to get a different apples. The apples was rotten and not fresh. Then, he starting cuss and making angry faces. He was not very friendly.

One star is really to hight for the level of customer service Shreveport and bossier city location I stood in line got cut in front of multi time final get to the counter and the guy runs off I look at the manger and just stares at me I will never step back in any store spend a ton of money that they just lost and bossier store manger give me a spam number

When this place opened it was nice like all the other QT’s. Stopped here today. No food in any of the cases. Kitchen closed. Walked by the beer coolers you can see broken glass all over. No diesel fuel. Most of the shelves are empty. Only 2 employees checking people out. It’s absolutely disgusting.

I lost my only key fob, I'm assuming in the area between QT and the Truck wash across the street. I had it in my hand at the truck wash place, securing a load in my trunk. I moved because I was blocking the drive. I moved across to QT lot facing the diesel truck wash place. Then drove to Bert Kouns and Wallace lake road, killed the ignition and. Realized ? no keys. It is a single 4 button Nissan key fob on a red tether and an S hook clip. I called and the man that that answered took the time to listen and went out to look for it. Thanks young man even though he didn't find it. I pay someone finds it at either location and turns it in

Great spot to get gas. But the check out line is always a disaster. And the 18 wheelers continuously exiting from the “autos entrance and exit” is very dangerous and clogs up traffic on Bert Kouns and in the qt parking lot. There should be some type of barrier that directs them back out to the service road, which is much safer for the 18 wheelers to enter the main road from.

Prices on shelves are lower than the actual price charged at the register. No ice. Under staffed. This place feels like an off brand QT, not an actual Quik Trip QT. The 2nd star was because the 2 employees at the registers were running 4 lines as best they could.

The supervisor didn't know how to do a split payment, I shouldn't have to go in and out of the store twice for two different transactions to get fuel.

Just experienced the most immature staff I have yet to see. A customer was waiting patiently while the staff was behind the center of the registers, playing on their cell phones. The particular staff member, Glenda, decided to help a different customer instead of the patient customer. An argument ensued between the customer and staff member, then she decided to say, in front of 5 other customers, "I'm married, do you want me to call him and fight?". Another staff member, still behind the center, decided to say "Bye" as the customer was leaving. I have never been more disgusted with customer service as I was today, June 16 2022

It's funny how they allow drivers to park their personal cars in truck parking and the fuel island they had yellow bags on then after it backed up they took them off. The only thing going for them is cheaper fuel. Service is a joke needs to get better. I'm even going to call corporate because I fuel here every day. But that all I do.
