Staff is condescending and their processes lack efficiency and communication. Wasted 3 days trying to get fingerprinted bc the staff could not properly communicate the hours and days they conduct the service. Credit card machine is always down.

I paid a $90 testing fee and was kicked out during the middle of my exam because the proctor claimed my mask was not fully covering my nose. My mask was on my face. The woman who made me leave from the site was not even wearing a mask during my check in or taking my photo for the test. Its very hypocritical. I spent months studying for this exam and took off work to be at this testing site on this day. I felt this was very disrespectful and rude. If you have a test to take i do not recommend going here- choose another location.

This place is a total disaster! You cannot find their office by gps.when I finally found them, the reception was rude and I was denied the ability to take the test I had prepaid for, I was given an 800 # to call eas placed on hold for 30 minutes and then tried to resolve by emsil asthry promised a 24 hour resolution..that was over a week ago and this company has completely ignored me but has kept my money...So frustrating...so unprofessionsl!

I went to get my fingerprints done one morning. There is one other guy in line the day I went. The lady working that day informed us she was NOT doing our fingerprints and we would have to come back another day. What a lousy employee. She needs fired because she obviously doesn’t want to work. The guy in front of me had driven an hour and I had driven 45 minutes to get there. The employee said she was social distancing and that is why she couldn’t do our fingerprints.I went back the next day and there was a lady there who had worked there 5 years and she was amazing. Very nice, friendly, and did my fingerprints quicker than anyone ever had. This was a five star employee and the previous one was a one star employee. Mixed experiences but I got what I needed after a second trip.
