These Vets are simply the BEST! My pets have been a client for over 15 years and I could not ask for better care! The Dr's are caring, compassionate, state of the art, and are always willing to go above and beyond when the situation requires it. I started seeing these Dr's when they moved to Shreveport and I needed to find a vet that could help me with my Labrador's (Gabby) anesthesia issues. We had almost lost her several times with other vets in town and I needed help! I gave all her records to Dr Sarah, who called me the next day and said she thought she had the answer. We never had an issue again with Gabby and anesthesia!
That's just one example of the great care we have received over the years! I will always trust Provenance with my pets care!!

The first time I went to Provenance with my dog they gave her a couple of the vaccines that she already had received even though her vaccines were clearly on her records! One of which was rabies vaccine. I let that go to human error. I took her back again and left her only to discover they had administered Another unnecessary rabies vaccine! Then we boarded her on another occasion. They had her vaccine records and were told to let us know before they gave her any injections. When we went to pick her up, the bill was tripled what we expected to pay for boarding! More unnecessary vaccines! Why give injections without checking the records! I thought they were reputable! They are making a practice of administering vaccines without verifying if the pet has already received it! That’s risky! Granted, they did deduct for the unnecessary vaccines. I went in to pay the balance after the bill was corrected also to find out how and why this happened, I received an extremely rude attitude from the girl that checked me out! Why? Your office messed up and you are rude with me because I’m questioning how this keeps happening to my fur baby! I don’t think so! If you want reliable care for your fur baby and courteous treatment, keep looking!

This place is amazing! The staff are all so friendly and loving towards our pets and the Dr. is also very friendly and explains things to us in a way we easily understand. Ive never been happy with vets in the past and Ive never found a place I fully trust until we came here. People say this place is too expensive, but I havent really seen too much of a difference. Plus...I dont shop around for a cheap doctor for myself so why would I do that with my fur babies? They are worth it and so is this place. You wont regret it

I started taking my dog here since it's a bit closer to my house. The facility is nice and the doc is professional. The prices seem fair compared to other vets I've been to in the area. So far I'm happy with the care.

They care and have always been nice to us and our little fur baby. They offered to board out dog when another boarding service was giving us a very disrespectful attitude.

Provenance Vet has exceeded expectations for me and my fur baby. I have an aggressive dog and they have been nothing but understanding and patient with providing him with the services he needs. Dr. Waddell gave us suggestions and we ended up getting him neutered, she had been so understanding and accommodating for him! They gave me updates during the procedure and after and also called and checked up on him the next day. I cannot thank this practice enough for being so patient with such a difficult dog like mine! I highly recommend them for anyone who wants their furry friends taken care of!

I brought both of my rabbits to the vet to see about spay and neuter for the two of them. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough in her examination, educated me on the care of rabbits (being I'm a first time owner of them), and answered all of my questions and concerns I did have. She was sure to inform me on the risks and I loved the fact she was honest about how many she's lost during routine spay and neuter, that made me more aware of the risks associated with the procedure, and although it seemed as though she was trying to sway my decision, I've still made up my mind and have full confidence in her to do her best job. Can't wait for the bunnies to get fixed!

My precious Cali (english bulldog) loves coming here. In fact, she's been a part of the Provenance family since she was 10 weeks old! She visits another local vet for boarding and daycare, but I can tell Provenance is her favorite! The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and always greeting Cali with love! The doctors are well versed in their profession! Very trustworthy! I feel so comfy taking my Cali here!

Over priced. Constantly push for unnecessary tests and procedures. Didn’t catch a serious medical condition on my dog that another vet caught within five minutes of meeting him. I won’t be going back.

I just got back from my second appointment and I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I saw the same vet for both appointments and she was incredible with both my dogs and cats. Came in the office with treats for the dogs and loved on my cats. She was awesome!My first visit was super quick, things seemed to be running on time and I was in and out in about 30 minutes for two dogs (German shep and standard poodle). My most recent visit took a little longer, but I was so impressed how the one vet they had working handled the clearly slammed office
