My daughter’s car door was broken and she was stranded in a different state. After trying to get help near where she was with no positive outcome. I called Premier Auto Collision. Who were knowledgeable and extremely nice to help with the problem over the phone. The owner and staff will have my business going forward. Thank you so very much.

Undoubtedly a great experience with these folks at Premier Auto Collision. Over the years , 8 decades worth, my life experiences taught me valuable lessons. At this stage in my life I’ve become very wary of trusting people and businesses. However my experience with these folks has certainly brightened my outlook on the trust factor. They’re very professional, honest with integrity serving the public. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I have a 2021 Escalade I brought it to be repaired. When I got it back, the inside was filthy. The paint did not match and on top that where they repainted was all scratched up. It looks like they took a rough dish pad and went in circle across the entire area they repainted which was the entire side of the truck. Whenever we called up there to talk about how the paint did not match, the lady at the front desk told us she didn’t know how because there is only one color of black….”black is black is black” is exactly what she said. I do not recommend this place at all.Service: Painting

Premier Auto Collision did an absolute jam up job on my truck. The two ladies that work the front desk are very knowledgeable in the business. This was the first wreck I was involved in and they guided me through the process of how to work with the insurance company. The folks that work in the shop take pride in their work and do an excellent job on their repairs. They treat your vehicle like it's their own. It's a family owned and operated business so they are very down to earth. When I would call, they would update me on the process of the repair and what they were working on next. Take a look for yourself, the pictures are a before and after. 10/10 would recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs. With the exception of the passenger side fender, they did a complete front clip and repaired the roof as well.Services: Body & Trim
