My husband had called to switch his black card membership over to me. We have a joint banking account so who ever he spoke to told him I just had to download the app and change the name. Low and behold I go to the gym and the girl asked who's membership I just scanned. I told her it was my husband's but he called to switch it over. She tells me something about calling in the morning or in the afternoon that she can't do it later. He needed to come because it's my word over his, asked if he uses it ever and that I would have to pay for a day pass. I had to call my husband, have him come in person just for him to say yeah switch it over and girl ask me basic name, DOB, and email . Seriously? wasted my husband's time and made it sound like i was a liar when who ever my husband called was lazy at their job and lied about the process. Two stars.

The kids at the front desk are more often than not just rude and uncooperative. Between this and the fees to cancel if God forbid you ever are in a situation where you can't afford to continue your black card membership, this predatory business is a soulless gym.

Love coming here to work out and get my massages. Gotta give a shout-out to the staff - I come in at 4 AM most days and the two people I always see working that shift are absolutely lovely and so helpful. On weekends I tend to come in closer to 9 and I love that staff too - they only see me every other month or so and still recognize me, which is just a really nice touch. Everyone here is so so kind and it really does feel judgement free. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are always multiple machines out of order, so I wish corporate would handle up on that more quickly.

I’ve been going to the gym for almost a week , With my son and we have a black card membership . And there is one of the employees her name is TRACY . She always give us an attitude. She has no respect. On May 31, me and my son we went at 11 pm and she didn’t want my son to go in as a guest and today I went to go get a massage and she didn’t let me go ,
And Tracy, she told me I don’t care if you call the manager you can call him anytime and make a complaint. I don’t care.

Pretty nice facility overall. Two story workout floor with acres of cardio machines. The guy at the front desk was nice and was there the whole time. I’ve been in a few of PFs and never saw anyone at the counter. Only complaint here is the lockers *will not* accommodate a disc lock. Same for the 70th St. location.

Not really a fan of the dim lights but the gym is clean, great staff, and equipment is well taken care of.

The staff treat you like you’re a child. I hate it how some stores enforce arbitrary rules when almost none of the others do. Power trip employees. I’ll stick to my regular locations.I won’t be back here again.
