Absolutely the worse car wash I’ve ever been to. As soon as I got out my truck, a 70yr old worker started name calling and cussing at me for no reason. Highly recommend no one using this place. I’m 20yrs old by the way.

Absolutely horrible.
Who owns this place?
Employees need to understand that without customers they WONT have a job.
This place Is terrible.
Prices are outrageous
I will not be back. I will go spend my money somewhere else!
If they treat customers like garbage I can only imagine what they treat their employees like ,no wonder they can't keep anyone and are always looking for personnel.
I hope this place e goes put of business!

I frequent this car wash and oil service often. I have always had a great experience! Today was absolutely amazing! From the minute I got out of my car in the oil change bay, 3 very nice gentleman with smiles on their faces, greeted me kindly. As I approached the door to go inside the building, 2 nice gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me. Inside, the lovely lady running the register greeted me and apologized for their construction and showed me the way for seating. When my oil change was complete, the nice gentleman took my receipt for a car wash ahead of time so that the gate would be open when I pulled around. Every single employee that I came in contact with were very pleasant! It definitely makes your day a little brighter when you see people happy to be at work without an attitude! I will definitely be back!

I have used this carwash for years. Today I went by to clean up my 89 year old mother’s car. It was really dirty and the tires and rims were horrible. So I stop before paying for my wash to spray tire and rim cleaner on the tires and was told I was making a mess instead of saying not to do it. I paid and moved around to enter the wash and the manager came up and wanted to know what was going on and got ugly. I said you have new wash competition coming. In other words treat your regular customers happy. I was told I needed to go to Rocket Fast. So I did they were really busy where this place I was the only car. I’ll not be back their customer service here isn’t good

First time here and Jarvis was very patient as well as helpful with all my questions. Vehicle cleaned and detailed in less than an hour. I really don't think I was even there for thirty minutes. Excellent experience! Of course, I'll be back because I have to make sure I wasn't dreaming and this wonderful experience really did happen. ?

I love the fact they are a locally owned business and the owners are always onsite . They do a great job and provides excellent customer service. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

I've had my oil changed and car washed here for years - wouldn't go anywhere else! My kids love riding through the wash, and I love not having to vacuum it myself! They are always super thorough.

I reside in Louisiana and made an unplanned trip to Orlando to care for my daughter and her family, all four came down with the flu over one weekend). While there I was able to go out and get my oil changed in preparation of the nearly thousand mile trip home to Shreveport. I was away from the home less than 25 minutes.

When I first visited this place, it was great. I had a few washes and oil changes with zero problems. Then, I bought in to the monthly "unlimited" car wash plan. The first month was good. The second month was good until I came in two times in one week. Then, all hell broke loose. The owner yelled at me for coming in so often. He said he "couldn't make a living if everyone came in this often!" He suggested the unlimited plan meant once a week. The next week was the same. I told him to just cancel my membership. He said ok. The next month, I was charged for the membership. He said I canceled too late. I asked that he give me a refund. He said all sales are final. I told him to cancel the membership right then, he got angry and refused. I then demanded the refund to which he opened the register and tossed the money at me. I took the cash and have never been back. This occurred several years ago. I only left this review because i got the request through a text message.
