Had a good and easy experience! Bought my son his first car and the check engine light did come on but my mechanic said it’s just a sensor and it was giving my husband the same code on the lot so we knew about it prior to purchase. Had the car for almost a month now with no issues. Very friendly staff and Sam was great! Would visit this lot again if needing another vehicle!

Can’t find my previous review.. maybe they are being deleted… so i’m leaving another one. If i could give ZERO STARS i would!!!DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!They scammed my grandma!! My grandma was looking for a reliable used vehicle. She found one she seemed to like and started messaging Sam on messenger to find out the details. She drove an hour and a half to Bossier to look at the car that only seemed to have a few cosmetic issues. It drove good and run fine. There were no lights or warnings on at all. They told her it was an awesome car to have! When she tried to buy it they told her they only take cash. A few days later she went back with cash to buy the Buick Enclave 2012. They sold it to her and she left driving another hour and a half home. The check engine light came on THE NEXT DAY. A few days later I was cleaning her car and realized there was only one floor mat in the car on the drivers side. I moved it to clean under it and there was a HOLE in the floor the size of a football.. instead of carpet being there it was just the metal frame!!! Fast forward a few months and the MOTOR GOES OUT. We put it in the shop to be fixed. Less than a year later the TRANSMISSION GOES OUT and we have to put it in the shop again to be fixed. After fixing both the motor, transmission, and a few other things we hope that the car is fixed.December 14, 2022 at 1:10pm my grandma was driving 60mph on I-20 and the car made a loud boom. She then saw a bunch of smoke coming from under the hood and lost power to the car before she was able to stop. Once the car finally stopped she gathered her few belongings she brought with her that day and got out of the car. By 1:10pm the car was NOTHING BUT FLAMES. My grandma was alone on the side of the interstate waiting for emergency services to get there. Since the incident she has nightmares that she wasn’t able to get out of the burning vehicle and a bad cough that is causing pain from inhaling smoke.
