Great facility, clean, they go out of their way to make sure your pleased. Michael, the salesman that helped me did a phenomenal job while i was there to purchase my new Rogue. It started with text messages before I was able drive to Shreveport and purchase a new vehicle. Michael picked out just what i was looking for and sent me pictures of the 2025 Nissan Rogue SV before I got there. Once I did, he went out of his way to assist me. I made my purchase and drove home, now i have to look at it through the window because its been raining ever since. ORR Nissan South has been my favorite dealership. They are my go to to buy a new vehicle. Thanks to Michael for everything he did. I love my new Rogue.

I finally was able to communicate with service manger. Not to my surprise another BOLDFACE LIE. I'm sorry amounts to nothing from these thieves and liars at this so called dealership. Ask for some type of reimbursement from paying for my car to be towed back and forth plus misdiagnosed numerous times you going to need to speak with Nissan Consumer Affairs just to have a paper trail and proof I did just that per Matt Goff-Service Mgr. knowing you guys are independently owned. So at this point BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM ANY ORR DEALERSHIPS. ******* On 8/10/23 my car broke down in Shreveport and I had it towed to Orr Shreveport I had my ECM and negative terminal replaced . I called Orr Shreveport again my car shut down on me 12/30/23 same code again spoke with Service Advisor L.C. Cope had it towed back to Orr Shreveport service since he told that only Orr Shreveport
could service warranty. I found out that was a lie once I talked to Consumer Affairs 5 months when I had same problem. On 02/02/24 advisor L.C Cope said that it was positive battery terminal that cause ECM to shut my car off again. I paid Orr Shreveport to fix this issue in 09/23. When I went to pick up my car 02/16/24 less than 5 miles battery light start flashing. I took it back in true fashion I was lied too again they said my alternator was bad and it was going to cost an additional 1500. Then I had my car towed back home due to the battery light flashing was told my alternator was bad was going to cost me 1500. I was driving the car again it shut down same thing. Keep in mind it was less than 93 miles after I l had alternator replaced that car went down again. So I lost all confidence in Orr Shreveport than I had it towed to Orr Bossier. Same bs different location check my other review on their page. This service department and dealership are liars and thieves stealing hard working people money. I will never take my car or let anyone I know go to any Orr dealership to purchase or have a car serviced.

The service department sucks!! I was there on 7/17/24 for an oil change and tire rotation. On my report they said my battery is good. Well today my car would not start at all because my battery was dead ! I was trying to contact services to see if I had a battery under warranty and the phone rang for 15 minutes straight. My manager called and they instantly picked up the phone and the lady told her they don’t check the battery unless the client tells them but it shouldn’t have been checked off in the first place.

Dropped my truck off for a repair covered under warranty. I was told two weeks tops. It’s almost 2 months and they still have my truck with noETA on my part.

I have a 2019 and and a 2020 nossan and they wanna charge $80 for an oil change when It clearly says $30 online...I bought 2 car from there in 1 year and was gonna buy a 3rd but thats definitely not gonna happen

The guy shadow, was really nice, he knew I’m not someone who wants to come into the dealer and just do everything from home, so he made it happen!, I was able to pay everything and sign everything online!
UPDATE: I traded in my vehicle in Texas and wanted to cancel a few add on services(GAP, maintenance, Key replacement, etc), which is REQUIRED to cancel through the dealer, since I tried cancelling on my own and they told me that only the dealer can cancel the services. They charge $150 per service to cancel, which is stated no where in the contract, so right now just waiting on the consumer protection office of the AG to do something about this, because its completely unacceptable, that they want to charge a made-up fee, not stated or previously agreed on, while signing. COMPLETE SCAM!

Monday went to go get two of my tires fixed and they got me a tow truck and a decent price for my tires and even resettled the system for the tires. I went yesterday and they was able to look over my car once more and found a nail in the tire after getting two brand new tires and they took it out and fixed my car up, so it back in shape. The customer satisfaction service was up to part and I'm grateful for them and to be apart of the family cause they really do look out for you, if nothing else communication is key to having the service you desire.
