Orr BMW made the customizing and buying experience easy. Johnny took care of everything and kept us updated as we waited on our new vehicle . We have had it serviced twice and the service department was also wonderful.

I have a long history of BMW purchases from ORR BMW. My former long term sales associate moved away and I was hesitant to use someone new. I met Johnny F. on the phone and we talked at length about exactly what I wanted and what price I was willing to pay—I can be a hard buyer to deal with—and he took it all in stride. He not only found exactly what I asked for, he worked tirelessly to accommodate my terms. In less than a year, I have purchased two BMWs from him.
Regarding the service dept, Frank has been along with me for over 14 years. He always has time for me, even if I’m only asking for air to be put in my tires.
I am a ORR BMW customer for life!
