I could not have had a better experience. The staff was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, warm, and helpful. Excellent treatment. I put it over all other hospitals in the area.

This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. My parents were in a car accident and brought here and 12 hours later and all the scans haven’t been read on my dad to see if the broken bones will require surgery. My mom did have to have surgery and has been in recovery for almost two hours but they won’t tell me anything else except things are different for everyone. The only thing they are good at is making excuses for how long it’s taking, seems like they all had to read a script for that. I don’t ever bother to post reviews either but I thought people should know if you have a choice don’t come here.

When my brother was murdered he was brought here. I got into a verbal altercation with one of LSU security officers. She made me and my 72 year old mother wait outside and she came outside trying to belittle me based on the way I was dressed. The last thing on my mind was my attire when my brother was killed. I made a complaint with the hospital I’m sure nothing with come from it they love this kinda trash to work in positions is authority .

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. My father had a major stroke and I live out of town and he was rushed to surgery and once he got out it took 3 hrs of calling them to let me know if he made it through. Then they were letting anyone just come up to see him and tell his I’m guessing friends, all his info but I’m the only one on his emergency contact list and they would never call me. When I was finally able to get to Shreveport to see how he was doing they wouldn’t let me have my child with me bc she was not 12 and I’m from out of town so I had to bring her. Then once they moved him to the 7th floor the nurses there didn’t do anything to take care of him and they were some of the rudest ppl I have ever talked to. Anytime I called to check on him they acted like I was bugging them and they would keep the call button where he could not reach it. They would bring him drinks and leave it out of reach and would never get rid of the old drinks just put the new drinks with the old ones so you never knew if the coffee or juice was from that day or the day before. I called and complained to anyone that would listen and it didn’t do a thing. I finally was able to get the VA stuff done since he is a veteran and got him to the VA hospital. In just one day of them cleaning him up and taking care of him he looks 100% better. I really feel if he would have had to stay much longer he would not be alive today. If you have any love ones that have to go stay at this torture hospital please think about going somewhere else there life might depend on it.

I had a surgery scheduled for 0800 this am. I have been here 4hr and 45 minutes now. I have IV needle in arm, and then at last minute I get questioned about a pacemaker I have had for years. They could have had this information at any time with all my subsequent appointments for 18 months leading up to this needed surgery.

Went there for pain and personal reasons and broken foot and they didn't run test that need to be ran and refused treatment so I had to go to another hospital. And getting discharged to find out what was actually going on since the refuse to do their job.

The hospital operators could do better. I don’t like being given information with no pleasant greeting or willingness to assist. I asked a question and I was hung up on.

This has got to be the worst hospital ever. The nurses don’t wanna do their job and if you leave your family member alone they have to just lay there and suffer. I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing in the world.They dropped my son on the floor and never did a incident report on it.

My brother has been in and out of this hospital for 9 months. He's had some really great nurses and great doctors.

THE staff on 6K treated me very poorly and I'm referring pacific the late shifts and when I tried to practice my rights and asked for the staff members names I was told they refuses to give them and one of them who refused was ahead supervision Nurse who was the nurses in charge how unprofessional God please help your Caregivers with better compassion Amen

My brother-in-law was scheduled for open heart surgery on Monday morning. He saw the surgeon on Thursday. On Friday, they called and confirmed it. On Saturday afternoon at 5:30 PM they called him and said the doctor was no longer in his insurance network and the surgery was cancelled. Was this doctor still in the network when he saw him on Thursday? How does a doctor get dropped from an insurance on the weekend? The hospital said it was the insurance company and the insurance company said it was the doctor. HOW DO YOU FIND OUT THE TRUTH when a man's life is at stake???

Had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 and was 10 minutes late, I will admit that, but it was for psychology and I have ADHD which you think they would consider because of it being psych and that's why I was there in the first place. The lady up front kept being rude, unprofessional, and condescending with the comments and attitude she was giving and when told I would need to reschedule it was going to be for Dec 1st it's Oct 23ed. I ended up leaving and telling them I'd find a doctor else where since they're psych team doesn't want to do their jobs.

Had a PCP that changed every time I had appointment.ER is terrible. I came here with stomach pains like appendix pain, and was sitting in waiting room for 4 1/2 hours and was still not called back to see a doctor. Not even an X-ray was done!

Everyone gave me excellent care, topnotch care. I'm forever grateful for my Dr's, nurses, and all the staff that took excellent care of me on 2G floor. You guys are the best
