I went to metro frustrated about my phone problems. Danny assisted me and took care of the problem. He is a very outgoing person with an awesome personality. I recommend that if anyone is having problems with their phone, or want to purchase a phone go see Danny @ metro pcs jewella and greenwood in s'port, LA.

The N Market store employees all for themselves. The Jewella Ave location making the situation stressful by adding things like insurance selecting highest plan without asking. Thank God for customer service who was able to fix the problem.

Great company and service, just hate that the LTE is allotted after 35GB , depending on the traffic of service, just wish that it was unlimited LTE... But it better than Boost & Cricket LTE data plans.... So METRO BY T-MOBILE is #1 hands down. And this location has great customer service....

Went yesterday to do a port in I had previously read all terms and conditions so I get ready to port over and csr tells me oh by the way your total will be $120 wait how when it clearly states free when switching over I know the first months bill, and activation will be due that's all about 80 something bucks so where do $120 come in at??? He couldn't explain SMH I rather stay with the company I'm with before switching to a company and csr can't explain anything to you just stare

I went to pay my bill and replace a lost phone. Was told that I had to pay exorbitant prices. Went to the one off Pines Road and got what I needed without the extra costs.
