After 15 years of being with them, upon getting the 5G internet and the issue we had for one week and no in-person, come to your home technician, we dropped all of service - cell and internet. Spent 7 1/2 hours on phone with tech support - 5 different agents - no resolution. Why? Bc T-Mobile gets first dibs on the 5G tower and Metro by T-Mobile is second in line. We switched to a different provider, got the new Google Pixel 7 phones, in-home wired 1 billion gig speed internet for just a few more dollars than our Metro bill.

Chelsea the manager and her male associate was well informed about a plan that I was trying to enroll in plus they didn't mind explaining to an old school customer how to operate their phone. Now this is excellent customer service. Charlotte thank you for making me feel special. ?

Came to this location after a disappointing situation at the centenary Blvd location. I was very impressed with how myles, Chelsea and Robert handled upgrading my phone. This will be my new metro store from now on
