T-Mobile store I'm really hard but they've really fun back on their customer service we didn't have the best experience has so many times we've gone and we've been redirected to another place or another place or another place and had to buy new SIM cards inside or to call in from the store which I find can a ridiculous and to reactivate because you lose your sim card or you break your sim card it just it's a ridiculous especially when there's virtual SIM cards now I do know however that I'm starting to get frustrated with cell phone carriers

Awesome people! We were getting the run around with Metro itself but when we came to this location they helped us out a whole lot ! Thank you again to Mr Jacobi and his coworker with the glasses :)

The District manager was there and I received a better deal than the previous employee shared, so I was extremely happy. New phone new number and satisfied.

I’ve called numerous times trying to speak with someone about my service. The representative (female) will hang up the phone mid-way into conversation. After 2 hang ups I called back 2 more times no answer. This is poor customer service.

Went in to replace a any attachment to your belt or my a a 02 phone can't get no help it broke they couldn't help me at that pay $34 for it

I feel like Metro PCS workers only really care about up selling which I cant truly blame them, but all problems shouldn't warranted the response you device old when its just a year 1\2 old.
