“Sat there knocking for an hour during their open hours posted on the door and no one would answer. Called the helpline and they couldn’t even reach them. Highly unprofessional. Have to return tomorrow. Will update.
Update: came again the next day. No appointment necessary. It was, as usual, short staff problems. They were super nice ladies and I was in and out within 15 minutes. No complaints otherwise.”
