I had a great experience with Katie at MAC, Cleon at Estee Lauder, Claudia at Origins, and Janissia (not sure of the spelling) at Kiehls counters. They're all very helpful and will listen when you're explaining and trying to figure out things. I've been there several times and always go to those 4 whenever possible. Definitely all fantastic!

Recently went in to get a dress for an event. Now mind you, I'm an educator/therapist and spend lots of money at this establishment. I noticed a sheriff following me everywhere that I went. I eventually got fed up and went to a salesperson and asked for her to tell him to stop following me and pulled out my AE Black Card. He eventually stopped following me. I will come for the friendly ladies in the purse section, but that is it and if the are not there I will leave. The only reason Dillard's got 3 stars and not one was because of the ladies in that section. They need to watch who they follow. I earn my money but it may be spent where I am not judged nor followed. Do better Dillard's.

We had called this store on multiple occasions starting back in January 2022 to get an appointment for March 2022. They said they wrote our names down in the book but to call back when it was closer to the appointment time. We called back in February and they said it was still too early and to call back the week prior to book an appointment. Called back 11 days prior and they said, sorry we are booked. If you wrote our names down then why did you book other people? Very unprofessional! I will never shop here or recommend them to anyone. Clearly they have a staffing and booking problem. Wish I could've rated them a zero.

I went here because as I've tanned down south I wasn't sure what color foundation to get now. Sometimes when you ask for samples the girls at other stores have attitudes. I guess because there is no commission. But this lady at the MAc counter was so nice. I guess she disagreed with my NC 50 guess I used to be NC45 so she gave me a sample of that and NC 47.. Lol she was right NC 47 was the best one.
