The salon isn’t as shiny or fancy as some of the newer shops in town, but the customer service is spectacular. Ms. Betty is lovely and patient and accommodating.

My daughter in law and I had a wonderful experience today getting our manicures and pedicures. We were taking in right away and the service was great. We will be back.

Nails came out great. Expensive though and the drill cut my skin. Asked them for some type of compensation and they declined.

I hate my nails it looks really bad and it does not look like the picture that I showed the man and nail polish is all over my fingers and also they hurt me there is gel under my nail and this is my first time in this place I do not recommendService: Nail art

Worst nails I've had in Shreveport. They're different lengths, lumpy, and when I tried to have the older male tech fix them he first tried to act like I didn't know what I was talking about, and then rushed through the service making additional mistakes. The gel polish isn't even applied to the entire nail. I won't be returning.

My toe was hurting so I found this place. This is the most wonderful and relaxing experience. I got the Deluxe Pedicure. Mr Johnny worked his magic on my feet and legs. Can’t wait to go back

Walked in for 2 pedicures. Waited about 10 minutes. Betty was super great. My feet needed love. Now they are super soft. The massage chairs are nice.

I visited this establishment for the first time a week ago. I requested a manicure and color (dipping powder). After waiting over 30 minutes to be serviced, the nail technician left me soaking my previous color off for over 45 minutes while he left to run errands. Finally, another nail technician called me over to our station. As she was nearing completing the service, he returns from his errands and politely says thank you to his fellow co-worker and never acknowledge the 45 minute soak I experienced. Upon his return, he finished the service. Fast forward two days later, 7 of the 10 nails begin to chip and a clear film over the nail begins to peel. I return to the shop today only to be accused of doing something wrong. After waiting for over an hour, I was finally serviced. Once again a disappointment. The polish is on the skin surrounding my nail and underneath the nail is full of polish and caked up buffing dust. My two year old does a cleaner job. To add to the disappointment, I still paid $40 for my nails today's although this appointment was only because last week's mistake lasted TWO days! This will be the last time I visit here. Very disappointing. Please do not waste your hard earned money coming here. Thank you Brenda for buffering the polish off my skin.Services: Manicures

I went two times to go fix my nails and they made it worst and they don’t use the led light they just try it and when I got in my car it came right off

I was a regular to the business, spending over $100 twice a month. I’ve started noticing my gel was not lasting for a week then I switched to dip that didn’t last a week. Plus on top of the product no lasting they would rush on me and not do the job of even really finish the job properly. I tried another shop and I did gel my gel looks very well going on 3 weeks. Clearly somethings being done to there product that will have you coming back sooner which I would not due to that being a rip off and on top of it they don’t value there customers clearly!
