The customer service at first was great...the delivery service was a joke...they were suppose to install and take the doors off of the refrig to get it in...no they did not...dollies it to the front porch...stated take this door off and jimmy it in sideways....needless to say an hour later carefully a $1300 frig is in our house..call customer service to explain my disdain...customer service was great and gave a discount for the inconvenience and once we totally unboxed and wrapped it well wouldn't you know...2 nice size quarters dents in the freezer door even with the dolly they use to get it on the porch..called back and basically sorry abt your luck...you already got an inconvenience discount...this is damaged goods...they offered to replace...not at the cost of us having to get it in again

Hoping someone from Lowes calls me on this. I have spent so much time on trying to get an order of carpet tiles to me. I placed an order and the delivery date has changed 4 times. I am being told that I need to track my order because they used a third party shipping company. Great customer service! I hope you can read the sarcasm. I have made several calls in regards to this order, too many to count. No one is helpful and not to mention the 2 hours I was put on hold. A manager never took my call. Yes I would’ve gone into the store if I was in the state. Don’t even bother with online ordering complete waste of time. Too many hassles and issue still isn’t resolved.
