Absolutely DO NOT use them if you want to have a good day today. The manager called me stupid on the phone and to "let the professionals do their jobs" when I called to ask a question after the tower incorrectly loaded the vehicle, potentially causing more damage, because he "wasn't about to lie down in that water" to hook the car up and load it properly. I was told to call the man's supervisor by the tire company I was on the phone with when he loaded the car and did just that. The person who answered the phone then said I was threatening him and continued to berate me, told me the tower was rude to me because I asked a stupid question and continually told me to "let the professionals do their jobs." I finally just hung up on him because I was so upset (not to him, I was polite and apologized for any misunderstanding) and called my insurance agency to file formal complaint so that they will hopefully be taken off their roadside assistance contracts.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited for about 3 hours for this trucking company to come and tow my vehicle only for them to cancel at the last minute. DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️Service: Local hauling

This company was very reasonably and compeitively priced, he was also the only one who was able to get to me sooner than an hour. Once the driver arrived he did not waste any time at hooking up my car and getting me home. Another wonderful advantage of this company too is the accept major credit cards as payment. I definitely recommend using their services and I will keep this towing company's information in my personal contacts and continue to use them for all of my local towing needs.
