I would like to get some ones attention to this location on Youree Drive. The service is terrible. The process took way longer than expected and the lady assisting was lost, simply confused during the entire time. I would not suggest or refer anyone to this location. You are NOT greeted at the door and get talked to as if I am a random citizen- I am a customer and should be treated that way. When I walked in the lady at the front desk was short with me on the hours. I asked for a closing time three times before receiving a responce. The lady behind me in line informed me and I walked out. I was thinking about inquiring about a job opportunity and possible training for next year. I find it rude and ill mannered to walk in and see the employees eating food on their desk. Also watching television. Who ever is the manager or owner should defiantly consider looking in on the atmosphere. Not friendly at all!!!! It was so HOT in the building that instantly started to sweat. Uncomfortable and very intimating service.The problem is really how unprofessional the experience was. Customer service and interaction with the customers is something that should be a must. I hope this brings some attention to the location. Honestly I think the staff needs a few new friendly and welcoming employees to please the customers.. Such a turn off to see them eating on the desk that all the customers use to sign documents as well as other interaction with the representative doing the taxes. Does this place have a break room? I am sure this is a violation of some health code.
