Switched to LaBloom a few years ago for all of my needs and will never stray.. Delivery is always punctual, arrangements are always fresh, and most recently, they were extremely accommodating by fitting a last minute (my fault) Valentine's Day order into their schedule. They never disappoint.

I pre-ordered some flowers for Valentine’s Day about 2 weeks ahead of time. I came in and there was an issue with my order, but let me tell you the customer service was above and beyond! They ensured I had my order and then some. Everyone there is so friendly and we’re eager to help. There’s plenty of options when it comes to pre-made or custom flower arrangements. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of flowers you get. I highly recommend LaBloom and they will be my florist of choice!

It's good to know that real Customer Service is still out there! I was getting flowers delivered to a home for the loss of a loved one. They actually called me and let me know that what I ordered (a standing flower spray) would be kind of big and difficult for a home delivery and worked out a different deal where I was able to get 2 flower arrangements one for the wife and one for the mother instead. I'm really glad they let me know rather than just delivering something that isn't intended for home delivery.

I was looking for a florist that could create a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother's birthday. I called LaBloom and spoke with Maria and her customer service over the phone was wonderful and very informative. After arriving onsite, I was helped by Margaret and she was very helpful. As you see in the pictures below, they did a wonderful job. My mother was so surprised and loved all the flowers. Thank you LaBloom for making it a very special occasion.

We experienced very poor service here. Specifically, Kelly had a hostile attitude. My wife called to discuss options for a floral arrangement and get a price quote. She was specifically told delivery was free in Shreveport-Bossier. She was quoted $75 for the arrangement. When she called to place the order, the price is now $130+, delivery is not included . When my wife asked why the price went, the florist tells her “labor, delivery, a vase, taxes” .When my wife explains what she was told earlier and only received the explanation of “that’s not how it works”This entire situation stinks of price gouging us because we’re out of town trying to do something nice for a loved one. Nickel and diming a customer is bad enough but made worse when we were told something completely different the day before.
