I started at this Kroger years ago. And the reason I stay is for the pharmacist. As for the people who weighed on me. There is a lot to be desired. They have no sense of regency. Do not offer anything but the bare minimum. I would go elsewhere but trying other Krogers and their competitors I found the same issues or worse! Where are the techs that are up beat courteous and helpful? If I had people under me that delivered less than me. I would replace them!

Pharmacy is horrible. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for over 5 years now and it's been awesome until today not sure what pharmacist is currently working today but when I called this morning to get my prescription today I was told it would be ready I showed up after an hour drive and gwt told it is nor ready and they have nothing to do with it it's the insurance would nor cover it because it was to sooni tried to explain. It was a new insurance and she said she did NOT care she said I needed to call my insurance and have them call so I did exactly what she said to do the insurance called and come to find out this pharmacist didn't even run it through this particular pharmacist has done this on numerous occasions and is the rudest unprofessional person I have came in contact with even when I try and tell her I have a new insurance or they are playing with the dosages or that prescription was wrote 3 months ago she alway finds a reason
I suffer from severe pain which causes anxiety and depression my pain doc prescribes my pain and depression meds and I know with any medication the pharmacist can ONLY fill a 30 day supply the crazy thing is I NEVER have a problem get the pain meds only the depression and anxiety medication she also told when when I asked why she told me gabbipen has narcotic tendency I do understand where she doesn't want to break rules and I am not ask her to. I'm just asking NOT to treat customer this way because she doesn't know what they are struggling with I called the store manager and explained the situation she went and talk to the older white pharmacist the one every review this last year is written about and I do know it's the same lady because some of these reviews come for people that go to same pain clinic I do. Store manager was very nice the pharmacist I'm referring to even told the store manager I had threatened her which I did not I guess saying I was on my way with my prescription bottle to show her. SHE took that as a threat I do love this store for Everything but sad to say I'm going to be making sure next month this doesn't happen again all I can say is get rid of her not everyone is addicted some of us have REAL PAIN AND DEPRESSION That's why WE go to PAIN MANAGEMENT Her name is Lauren Jones. The Main Manager is AMAZING wish we had more like her and Shanta

They are incompetent, negligent, indifferent and rude. My husband’s prescriptions are rarely ready on time even though he takes the written prescription 2 days before it’s to be refilled to make sure that they actually have the pills in stock. This last time they said yes they had them & the prescription would be ready for pickup in 2 days. When he went to pick it up, he was told that they were out of the pills & couldn’t fill it. He was told that they had filled other customers prescriptions & had run out. He was told that he should have called them & reminded them about his prescription. He then asked for them to give him his written prescription back & he would take it somewhere else. They said that they couldn’t give it back. So they can’t fill it & won’t give it back. He asks what is he supposed to do then. The young man replied “I have no idea.” Unbelievable. So do not go there if you expect professional courteous service.

I recently moved back to the area from out of state. I called the pharmacy 45 minutes before closing. I requested that all of my prescriptions be transferred from a Kroger Pharmacy out of state to this location, and for 2 of the prescriptions on file to be refilled as soon as possible. The pharmacist refilled one of my prescriptions with refills on it before closing the same night I made the call. The other prescription had no refills remaining, so they sent a message to my doctor's office out of state and requested a refill. To my surprise, it was refilled the very next day. Based on other customer reviews, I was scared that I was going to drive 25+ miles to the store just to find out that my prescriptions weren't actually refilled, even with getting notifications that they were. However, that was NOT the case. I was greeted very nicely and my medications were ready as promise. I was in & out of the pharmacy in less than 15 minutes & that was only because one customer was ahead of me. I will definitely be keeping them as my new pharmacy. Excellent customer service!

Utterly incompetent. If you need life saving medications don’t count on them to order it or even notify you if they don’t have it. You just have to go attempt to pick it up and only then will they tell you they never ordered it despite having had the prescription for days. This last time was the most flagrant negligence I’ve encountered yet and I have no idea when I’ll be able to get my medications. I’ve been without them for days now. Stay away. They also keep giving me the wrong medication. 4 or 5 times now they’ve given me a similar medication but not the one I’m prescribed and I have to wait even longer for them to fix it. This is the worst pharmacy.

As my best friend and I cohabitate, I go at times to pick up her medications for her mental health. Her medication is absolutely essential for her ability to function on a day to day basis. With that being said, the absolute negligence of this pharmacy and their persistent deceit is unpardonable. The first time I personally experienced this was in the recent past when I went to pick up her medication and they said they didn't have it and it had been filled days before and they attempted to lie about this, saying that it was just too early to get it which was also a lie. Every time she gets it filled she has to wait days past when it was called in and just yesterday I went by to pick it up when it was called in over a week ago...and guess what they've not even ordered it yet. They are negligent and do not care about their most vulnerable customers. Do not go here.

Hour and a half wait, when it was ready a WEEK in advance! Extremely rude associates who don't like to wear masks. Just go somewhere else!

They are so slow I call in a prescription 3-4 days ahead if time. . And then call back and many timer they tell me it's ready and I get there and it isn't ready. The staff is so slow, I can not believe they have had any training. If you have problem they are almost rude as is the Pharmacist.

Went on a Wednesday to pick up two prescriptions. They hadn’t filled one yet and I said I’d be back in an hour and they said they’d have it filled then. There were three other people waiting. Came back in an hour and half and they were still filling our orders. The other medicine they didn’t have and they said they ordered it for Thursday. Which was fine. Came Thursday. Didn’t arrive. They said it would be there Friday. Nope. Saturday. Nope. Now I have to wait till Monday. I was told if I needed it sooner to call. Called. They said I had to wait till Monday or go somewhere else. If you haven’t gotten it in for days why would I wait for two more for you to maybe get it in? Called to see if they could transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. Nope. They can’t. It’s saturday. I’m not going to be able to call my doctor till Monday anyway to get it transferred. Switching to a different pharmacy after Monday.
