Today I went into the store to exchange a bra, and shopped throughout the store, kids,mens, and housewares. And when I went to do my exchange, the gentleman not only commented on the fact that my merchandise had sat there for over an hour but then didn't let me do an exchange which cost me my Kohl's cash. This is not my idea of good customer service. ? And I have shopped here since the store first opened.

RUDE customer service-completely ignorant of doing a even exchange of same identical items- this Kohl's store has some of the rudest and ignorant employees for some reason or another,and calling to complain they will tell you they are sorry,but NEVER correct the issue because the same rude customer service continues!...MONROE store very friendly and BETTER!

Helpful and friendly employees here. Even though I was just picking up an order, everyone I saw engaged with me. Even at the self pickup, an employee offered help if I needed it.
