Rude receptionist. Condesending. Don't do what they say they are going to do. Ask you to send pictures, don't look at them until you call back. Even after you mention it's an hour's drive, they'll tell you to come to the store and not look at the pictures they asked for. No manners or respect. Seem to be annoyed by customers.

Very friendly and helpful! They helped me get all the parts I needed to fix my AC, and for a good price! My wife was very thankful!

Jaime is truly an angel. My family is evacuated to Shreveport due to Hurricane Ida, and we were in need of gas cans which have been very difficult to find. She gave us 4 gas cans of her own, 2 of which were full of gas. I cannot express how grateful we are for her kindness and generosity. Go see them for any of your heating/a/c supply needs!
