The absolute best in town. The two gentlemen who helped me were amazing and took very wonderful care of me. Great selection, and they are very skillful at what they do as far as putting together something and making the alterations. I highly recommend coming to this establishment. You will not be disappointed.

This clothing store is the best from here to Dallas. Customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. These guys are awesome. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to up their wardrobe game.

I walked into the shop with my boyfriend to look for a suit. We were both clueless. John Pickens himself greets us with a smile! His knowledgeable staff helped us find the perfect suit, well within our budget. The tailor fit it perfectly to him and we picked it up not long after. A couple of months go by and we realize my bf tore a hole in his hem. I take it back asking if someone in shop can help us. They fixed the hem at no cost and did it all with a smile on their faces! I am clueless when it comes to men’s clothing and these experts put me at ease. I can’t say enough about the welcoming atmosphere, outgoing staff, and beautiful clothes.

Losing sleep over the experience I’ve had at this place. I regret buying my suit for my wedding that cost more than my wife’s dress. The first day we chose everything and paid. Then returned to get the suit to be pick up. they we’re going to charge me for the shirt and tie and no mention of cufflinks. I was astonished by this and he said I’ll give you the tie. We got the suit and left. only 2 days left before the wedding, I hurried to target and got the shirt for 40 instead of 300 to 400 dollars they wanted. it cost 1300 for a suit jacket and pants. I will never go here again. Impulsive decision on my part all they way. No excuse to take advantage of unknowing customers.

A good friend of mine has explained his experience with me earlier today. It has convinced me to show up there today at 4:30ish to buy a suit. From what was told to me I will be able to get everything I need and be helped along the way (I have only had one nice suit in my life).

I would give this place no stars. If they think you know I have money the lock the door 20 feet for you get there and hide in the back when I was trying to buy a pair of shoes they just judge the book off the cover how's in my work clothes just got paid add a pocket full of money but probably thought I was a thug I probably races think the same thing about black people

The level of quality clothing found at John Pickens is exceptional and is on a whole different level than all other men’s clothing stores in this region......the same goes for their knowledge and expertise of men’s clothing and customer service. Especially for those looking to wear something that looks like it was tailored for them. It’s hard to find well fitted clothing and quality in one in north Louisiana. John Pickens offers this and the money is well spent when buying from them.
