Very courteous, reasonable price, got our truck back when promised & so far, rebuilding the transmission, fixed the issues! Took a 600 mile round trip & it did great! I would use them again & also recommend my friends to them.

We were on our way back from a cross country road trip and transmission suddenly failed in Shreveport. I cannot imagine a better shop to be stranded in a foreign city with. Terrible situation made into a far better outcome than it could have been thanks to you. They were responsive, fast, flexible, and most of call caring. Thank you so much for making lemonade out of lemons with us!

I called other shops and was told they don't work on the model truck I have, period. Mike at Joe Rachal took the time to ask me a few questions about the problem, told me to get it to them and let them look at it, they had me up and going the next day at a very reasonable cost, I am very grateful for the folks at Joe Rachal Transmissions, I highly recommend them.

Wouldn’t recommend them paid them 2700 to rebuild a 4l80e & they just mounted transmission & wouldn’t finish the hookups because I had a 4l60 original in the truck & took it to another shop & they finished the install & the tuned it & went to drive it & said transmission was slipping & said it looked like a junkyard transmission & was never rebuilt.they only refunded me 2375.also the charge me 400 for billet torque converter & it wasn’t.I am extremely disappointed.Service: Transmission

This place was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. My cvt transmission went out on my Nissan and they replaced it, as well as a cv axle. Mike runs (and owns) a reputable company. When I realized how much this was going to cost, I asked him if it was even worth fixing. He did not try to talk me into fixing it. In fact, he said "I don't know, you have a lot of miles on your car". Also, when my car starting making noises a few weeks after they fixed it, he scanned it and rode around with me and determined that I needed a brake job. I highly recommend Rachal Transmission.

Did Fine on my truckBuy when it came to My car besides the leak i needed You guys for to fix the transmission and all it's parts if needed thats a part of the transmission like shifting was My main reason for getting a transmission un the first place i need it all the way fixed now i have to go somewhere ese for the missing Shift solenoid as it read on the scaner. I paíd in full need it working in full is all. Overall good guys.
