Truck dash was light up like a christmas tree, we was getting ready to leave on vacation. We took it to the dealership and they quickly got us back up and running. Great Team!

Our process of buying a 2023 Ram 1500 truck took a couple of weeks. We live in Florida and we were using our bank. Thru out that time our salesman, Don Williams, stayed in contact with us, letting us know what was going on. I could call anytime to ask him questions about the truck. We had bought it site unseen, So I was wanting to know about the features. And he was pleasant, with a good sense of humor, when I would panic over something. I would recommend this dealership. Should you go, ask for Mr. Don. He will go out of his way to help you find your vehicle at a good price, and give you great service. Heads up to you Mr. Don.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Hebert's and won't shop anywhere else. The Sales Team works hard to meet your needs. The Management Team comes out on the floor, meets with customers and calls after a purchase to make sure the customer's experience with their team members meets the needs of the customer.

Our son's, Wilder and Ross, were following each other in their Jeep Cherokees', from Mississippi to Scottsdale, Arizona. As they passed through Shreveport, a metal rod impaled the radiator of Ross's jeep. They exited the interstate to access the situation. We determined that the vehicle needed immediate service and was not drivable. I decided to google Jeep dealerships in Shreveport. I then reached out to Hebert's Town and Country. I talked to a very kind lady in service who immediately insisted that her boss, Chuck Phipps, Service Manager, should get involved. Chuck took my family under his wings and assured us that he would see to it that our son's would be taken care of, he would arrange a tow truck, and immediately access the situation upon arrival to the dealership. Chuck gave me his personal cell number and was in touch with me during the entire time. He had his service technicians access then order parts that they would need in the morning. Chuck was very empathetic and let me know that it was his goal to get the boys back on the road the following afternoon. He recommended a hotel and restaurants. The next morning, shortly before noon, Chuck let us know that all was repaired and they had test driven the car. The repair costs were very reasonable. Our son's were back on the road and thankfully made in to Scottsdale safely. It's comforting to know that there are people like Chuck Phipps and the rest of the team at Herbert's Town and Country, who put the client first. My family's experience is an example of what's right in the world. Again, Many thanks! Charles and Brooke Greenlee

They were very friendly. My salesman Jeremy Tate was Awesome he wasn't pushy made sure I got what I wanted and didn't try to interject just to make a sale. He went above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. I will be referring him to any and everyone I'm in contact with that's in the market for a vehicle.

I took my vehicle in to get looked at under warranty. I'm waiting in the lobby for them to look at it, all the while I'm watching my vehicle through the window outside. The guy comes back and says he looked at it and their are no issues. When they never even looked at it. The audacity. I take it in for diagnosis the next week and they say the issue is coming from the starter and quoted me $1200 for a starter replacement. I replaced the starter on my own dime and the issue is still present. Who is to say they even looked at my vehicle. Lost complete trust in the service department. Take to another dealership for service.

I have bought a few vehicles from Herbert's town and country in shreveport. David reevis was our sales person and is amazing. However I took my vehicle here to get it fixed and spey $2000 on alternator which is extremely high in my opinion but we got it done. We were coming off the off ramp after they fixed it hit a bump and all of the gages went blank my wife took the vehicle back to them and what the service manager told us was its not our problem maybe go hit another bump and it will fix the issue. I immediately called back to talk to the general manager whose name is Bo Hebert, expressed my frustration with everything and have not heard back from Mr. Hebert. I have never been so insulted in my business dealings ever.... I still get calls from here about getting new vehicles and asking me to give them a good review but I will never do that or buy a new vehicle from here again. You have lost a good customer for life. Well done Town and Country Shreveport. #willnotreccomend

Had an issue with the weather stripping on my driver's window, it was cracked on a new Renegade Latitude. Kem was fantastic at getting it taken care of. Fast service, very accomodating and kind. I would absolutely recommend for service, and body shop needs. I will definitely visit this dealership for my next Jeep purchase and future service.

I was in search of a smaller suv. I had a larger suv, a Chevy Tahoe but needed to downsize now that my kids are grown. Plus the gas was getting way too expensive. I had searched online and even went to my local dealership where I had bought vehicles previously and they were not interested in doing a deal offering me a 15.9 interest rate and asking for $5,000 down. I have good credit and income so it didn't take long to see that they just didn't want to do a deal. I got in contact with Heberts and spoke to Anthony Thompson who was amazing. I can't say enough about the whole experience. Because of the interest rate and deal I got on a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee I am so very appreciative for all the work Anthony put into the purchase of my Jeep. I was able to do most of the hard work with Anthony over the phone then drove to Heberts and signed the paperwork! My husband and I have purchased vehicles before without having a salesman as attentive and hard working as Anthony and now that we've seen how a good salesman is, we won't go anywhere else other than Heberts for the next purchase of a vehicle. Seriously, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle please give them a chance to prove to you, as they did me, that they want your business and will work hard to keep it. I drove home in my new jeep with new found faith that the car buying experience can be fun, less stressful and that there are great car salesmen and women who still exist. The finance manager was also such a sweetheart! Truly amazing experience and I've seen it all thru the years so I can say this with confidence!! Call them today and see for yourself. You won't regret it. If Anthony sees this....please know how helpful you were and how excited we are to be a part of the Hebert Town and Country family. God Bless you brother. Thank you again!!!K Wilson

The customer service was excellent. Reserved a vehicle, the wait was lengthy, but once the vehicle was received by the dealer, the process was seamless. Everyone was friendly and professional from the salesman, to the account manager, to the person who gave me details on the features, technology, and tow hitch…IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER

After you buy…. Crickets. Bought my Jeep everything went fine but now I try and get in touch with finance and leave vmails - no call back. Then I call a manager and leave a vmail - no call back. Then I talk to the front desk and tell them - they can’t get one person to pick up the phone. Then I call back and it just rings and rings. No answer.I guess after they have your money, they don’t really care anymore. Very disappointing.

This was my first visit to the service center at Hebert's. They were nice and resolved my issue quickly. I am thankful they were able to work me in the same day, which was an important factor for me. I only wish the waiting area were a bit larger. People can easily feel on top of each other in there, but it was air conditioned and the folks were nice. I will be using them again!

I purchased a Ram 1500 in March of 2023, upon purchase the dealership was supposed to send for my car to be titled, taxed, and registered in Ohio. Well, after over three months the dealership still has not titled my truck in Ohio. I called the dealership for the first time after the purchase of my truck around 4 May, as my 30 day tag had expired and I required another tag. The title specialist, Bridgett, would not answer her phone, nor would she return my call after leaving several voicemails. After calling numerous times throughout the process, I finally was able to get ahold of a manager, Jason. Jason was not very helpful and led me to believe the hold up with my license plates and registration was they couldn't transfer the tag from my last truck to my new truck since it was in a fire. He the stated they were going to send away for a new tag. Later that day after speaking with Jason, He called me and told me that they could transfer the plates they just needed a picture of my 2023 registration, which I sent. at that point, Jason cut off all communication, despite me not having a new temp tag. I had to call numerous times before I reached the GM of the store, Mr. Tony Dingler. At this point, Tony was a little helpful and was able to get me a new 60-day tag. That all ended when that 60-day tag was expired. After calling day after day, hour after hour, leaving numerous voicemails for managers, the title specialist, and Mr. Dingler, my phone calls went unanswered. I went to the Ohio DMV and my vehicle hasn't even been titled. You cannot get plates and registration until that is complete. The company has no clue when my vehicle will be titled which also prevents me from getting plates in person. When I have asked to speak to the owner the front desk states he is never available or in a meeting. In addition, when I called my lien holder they don't have my title either, when we tried to call together, USAA and myself, both got the run around by staff who would not connect us to anyone with information.

Jere Merritt was fabulous at Hebert's Town and Country! I had a great experience from not only my amazing salesperson but the whole staff! The finance person was very thorough and explained everything where I completely understood and their insurance department was awesome too! They make it hassle free! The entire staff and facility was just grand! They got me top dollar for my trade and sold me a great vehicle that I absolutely love! I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Highly recommend!
