Best family owned furniture store in town! Customer service is top notch and everyone is pleasant to deal with. Jessie is great and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality new furniture.

I had an outstanding experience with J&M Furniture, thanks to Jessie and his team. Jessie took the time to understand my furnishing needs, offering top-notch quality at an affordable price. The process felt personal, like family, unlike the typical car-buying ordeal. Surprisingly, my entire home was furnished swiftly, and the delivery, carried out by respectful workers, happened within hours. The superb service left my family thoroughly pleased.

This place is full of extravagant, not going to find anywhere else, stylish furniture. The prices are high but I imagine alot of that furniture wouldn't even look right unless you lived in a castle, palace, or multimillion dollar penthouse. A lot of their furniture is super decorative and fancy, from King like thrones to giant peacock grandfather clocks and fur couches.. they do have some regular people furniture also though, and if you talk to the right person at the right time you can get an amazinngggg price! We bought an amazing king sized bed with a cushioned headboard, with a cupholder, 2 charging ports, a bt speaker and led lights for less than 1000$!!!!! It was a steal!!!!! One of my best finds I feel like!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, Customers Service is horrible. My mother bought a table for the amount of 1,200. They brought her another table that’s does not even closely amount to the cost of the one she paid. We have been trying to get the table she bought and still haven’t got it. Every time we call he says “ two more weeks” at this point it has been 7 months. We have tried to get a refund. He won’t give it so at this point we are going to file a lawsuit with the small claims court of Shreveport. You guys do not spend your hard earned money here .

Great furniture at great prices. They will work hard to get you the best deal and even have financing available. Interest free for 2 years, which helped me buy my couches. I absolutely love my couches to this day and I have had them for over 2 years. Will be back for all my furniture needs. Jesse was very easy to work with on price and financing.

The furniture was poor quality and so were the prices! They wanted over $1k for a dresser and motor made out of particle board. And the finances wasn't you too pay before you can return anything to them. BEWARE!!!

The sales people are very good. How ever the guy that does their warrenty is horrendous. He blamed me without asking me any questions. He said I plopped down hard into the chair. He also assumed I was fat (300 pounds) just by what he observed. This coming from a person himself that was overweight. Rude behavior.
