The Doctor and Nurse Practitioner are very professional. They address all required labs and procedures required during visits. They both follow up with any further testing and are prompt with results. I enjoy my visits with them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr.Scott McRight and the rest of his office. I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. I can leave a voicemail if I have a question and always get a response before the end of the day. I have never felt rushed to leave; I am listened to and had my concerns addressed; and I truly believe they all care about me as a person - not just a patient.

I had to wait two hours in the waiting room although I was on time for my appointment July 17. And Dr. Ball poor thing had to ask me a lot of my history that she should’ve already known, but somehow, W KP has done something with the doctors history of their patients. Which is very unwise because it took her a long time to even update me and everyone else. She signed me up for a new Gastro doctor in the building with Gastrointestinal Specialists, Dr. J. And bloodwork and a liver scan ultrasound. Which was good for her to do so. But when I called to get the results of the liver scan, it took her three days for Lindsay never called back just sent a letter telling me that it was normal. We know my liver is not normal. And my blood work shows it but we never discussed that either in detail, I mean, how am I supposed to maintain my health? If my doctors do not take the time to look after me I know they’re busy, but It’s a shame.
But when I did go to Gastrointestinal Specialists, that was bad. They did not sign me up Not with her doctor she chose. I only saw the PA never saw Dr. Hobley who they gave me instead? They didn’t know anything about bloodwork and told me I needed to get it and I told them I already got it two weeks ago. They didn’t know a thing about the liver scan and didnt want to find out and go over anything about the two. All they wanted to do was schedule me for Endoscope and Colonoscopy and not discuss my health. So I left, and I did not schedule it because it was not the care that I needed to have without discussing in detail more about me. I do not know that I will continue with these doctors or any at WKP anymore. What is happened to you? You used to be the best?

This entire facility is incompetently managed. The doctors have zero consideration for their patients, and there is no accountability. When things continuously go wrong, the office manager blames the doctors, and the doctors blame the office manager. As a patient, I don't want a blame a game, I want my health concerns to be addressed in a meaningful and timely manner.
I've had the displeasure of being a patient with 2 different doctors in this office, and 1 NP. That's 3 different medical providers that don't show a basic level of respect or concern to their patients. The office manager basically just blames the doctor, and says she has no control over them. The doctors say the office manager and the staff is the problem, and that they have no control over them. Seems to me like nobody has any control over anything in this facility.

I’ve been a patient of Doctor Ball for about 1 1/2 years and have been very satisfied with her care for me. She is very thorough with me and I appreciate her for enlightening me with my conditions that she discovered that I wasn’t aware of. She had told me in the beginning that they would take care of me and so they have. I feel confident now and know that I have the best care
In dealing with my conditions.
