  Do not use Kawana Marshall no matter what you do. I tried working with her and it was a nightmare. Not only were my taxes 6 months late, but I had to have them completely redone by somebody else. I had to pay twice for my taxes and try and get money back that I lost from working with Kawana Marshall. Also, she is NEVER available to talk on the phone and only answers very rarely, if ever. Do yourself a. favor and use anyone else to do your taxes.

  Honestly this was my first time with this service due to me having a small business, I needed to add business info. First the communication was horrible. I had to constantly reach out calling/texting. Barely answered. The lady I was referred to did not help me like most preparers would. She didn’t suggest alternatives or other ways to help me bring in more. I only talked to her in the beginning and at the end when finalizing. I had no experience with filing my business so I didn’t know what all I would need to add. On top of that the filing fee was 500$ and that was majority of my return. It was very upsetting to me that my preparer didn’t go out her way to really help me, keep in mind I was referred. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. At the end I went ahead and went through with it only because she had went ahead and did everything. Also had to get an extension for my return. She was booked up ?Also she didn’t explain to me that the 500 was coming from my return until after I asked was it coming out of my amount. I honestly thought it had already been taken. But I will no longer use this service for my business ONLY because of LACK of communication. Only thing good I can say is that they were professional. I do not recommend and very expensive.
