I left on vacation without my CPAP machine. In Home Respiratory loaned me a machine for the remainder of my vacation and were very accommodating in allowing me to return the machine outside of normal business hours. Their customer service definitely exceeded my expectations and I recommend them highly.

Sometimes things don't go as planned and everyone likes to blame another party about why that happens. None of that tends to matter very much but what does matter is when someone from In Home Respiratory calls me to try and solve a problem. That's good customer service. I do recommend them.

In Home Respiratory totally saved the day for me. I was in town for my boyfriend's spinal fusion surgery and forgot to pack the power supply for my cpap. Called them to see if they had one that I could purchase. The lady who answered the phone said I could have one! They made my rough night and very long stressful day a little less stressful, and I am so very grateful.

I like this place. I've used it quite a lot. The staff has always been helpful to me. They are attentive & kind. They've helped me with my family also. They are knowledgable and answer questions. They helped with insurance issues, and when I had to pay for things the costs were very good. I'll use them again in the future. I do recommend them if you need help with sleep supplies in the Shreveport-Bossier City area.
