I spoke with one of the employees and was told I didn't file my taxes and I was missing my document. So I came back later that afternoon ready to file and I was told it had be filed. I don't trust uncoordinated employees within a company. Especially when it's something as important as taxes.

Not satisfied with the preparation and the person who prepared them had way to much going on and left me not knowing whats happening until after 10 pm on the last day of filing and quoted me incorrect amount owed to the IRS which really upset me and also makes me think they are not putting me first
