They hire all these young girls that drag their feet and play on the phone all day and never have people to help customers load lumber. We have to ask multiple times and wait just so they can find someone to use the forklift. Very rude customer service.

This place is slightly better than the Lowes on Mansfield rd, but there are no longer experts you can rely on for help. The paint department is better than the rest of the store though.

Awful experience today... Bought and paid for a Cub Cadet riding mower. Went back with my receipt and was told I could not pick up my purchase. The assistant manager said the mower had already been sold before I paid for it and so all they could do was refund my money. He said the mower was sold prior to my buying it to someone else. Personally, I think he had someone else he wanted to sell the mower to. Then to make matters worse their system tried to refund me my money, but $49 short. After 45 minutes they gave me the refund and included the missing $49. The ladies behind the counter were nice and tried to help, the assistant manager did not attempt to help. The manager was nice and listened, but did not offer to make it right. I will not ever go back. I would give zero stars if the system would allow it. BIll

Unfortunately they didn’t have the water valve I needed. Also, has a PRO you would think they cater to business consumers more or equally but they do not.I dread going to prodesk because it’s more of an inconvenience. The check is not ideal for phone sales or corporate accounts. The check out process seams to take on average 15 minutes or longer. I’ve never used my corporate account and been able to check out under 5 minutes. You’d think it would be a smoother experience but unfortunately it’s not. As a PRO my main goal is to get in an out quick as possible; furthermore when your spending a few hundred dollars you definitely don’t want to wait in line 20-30 minutes!

My go-to hardware store. I've been a loyal customer for decades, and will continue to be. The personnel are always extremely helpful and pleasant.I've never had a bad experience at any location of Home Depot. I highly recommend for all items pertaining to home improvement, hardware, garden, paints, yard equipment, etc.

They have a wide variety of household building and renovation materials and tools. Although I find Lowe's has better customer service Home Depot offers a wider range of products. Sole exception being cabinet hardware, at least at Pines Rd. location.
