Some how while checking out, loss prevention here ask me what I'm looking at, I said you following me and my wife. Then tells me he's putting me out the store, but could not give me a reason. Now another one comes, there tell me they don't give a dam about me being a VETERAN, but this was suppose to be a veterans friendly store. Now I don't know why I was singled out for what ever reason. This is how folks get put in jail, or hurt real bad. I'm waiting to hear from the store manager. Today's date is 3/15/2023. This is not so much about the store but the staff. We need some flooring installed, had the guy measure, got the quote and tried to pay. It took over 20 minutes and 3 or four trips back and forth to customer service and the flooring department to finally give them my money. Even before that, when trying to set up the measuring appointment and get some questions answered, the gals were rude and condescending and knew NOTHING about the flooring I wanted. Why are they able to work in the flooring department? After I had paid, for the product and the installation, I got a phone call saying the product I want is no longer in stock nor will be, EVER. They knew the product I wanted 2 1/2 weeks ago. Why couldn't someone have checked to make sure there was enough when the quote was done? That makes sense to me. But apparently not to the store manager on duty this October 17, 2022 @ about 3:00 pm CT. All she did was blame everyone else. There was no customer service for me at the CS desk. So I said enough and went to have them refund my money. This took another 20 minutes. Why? I paid for nothing. There was no product and the install wasn't scheduled. It should have been an easy "return" but they had to again have someone from flooring do something in the computer and then a person who didn't even work in customer service did the charge back to my credit card. NEVER AGAIN! Home Depot needs to start hiring competent people.

I bought a washer here and it has been the nightmare of my life. I am 90 years old. I have never had such bad service ever. I bought a washer and it was faulty I had it returned and purchased another one. The delivery service brought the new one but would not take the new one back.I now have 2 washers in a small space blocking my bedroom door. I have talked to 3 managers. Angela and Reagan. No help. They now have transfered me to Derick the floor manager. I am still waiting for a call. This has been going on since July 3rd. Buy your appliances somewhere esle. I would not want anyone to go through What I have been through.

I was in Home Depot yesterday. Looking to buy a refrigerator and several ceiling fans. No one asked if we needed help and when we did ask a lady employee she never looked at us and just pointed behind her shoulder and said over there. We took our business to Lowe's. We ended up spending over $1,500 Home Depot employees walk around looking busy. But they act like you're and inconvenience we you ask for help.

I bought $109 of lumber and I had them scan the barcode for Military Discount. I looked at my receipt and no discount. I asked the boy about and he said sometimes you get it on lumber and sometimes you don't. Very rude. I urge everybody to shop Lowes. They take care of Military.

My husband and I were trying to buy a tiller. We couldn't get anyone to help us. Only person that even TRIED to help was the lady at the service desk. She kept trying to call the Garden center, but no one responded. We went out to the Garden center to find the two men she paged. We found them shrink wrapping some type of equipment. Definitely not a two man job. They told us to look inside on a specific aisle. No tiller there. Sad, we were trying to spend about $600 but couldn't.

(Woman owned/ minority owned business ) Home Depot sold me tile that they did not have in stock. My project was in two stages. I took delivery two weeks later of the first stage and it was complete and it wasn't until the second delivery (That I had to go and pick up myself after waiting all day)that I found out they had sold me tile they did not have in stock. I had to drive almost 100 miles to pick up the remaining tile at another store, that I had to purchase again. The store wouldn't transfer and they wouldn't even allow me to pick up the tile without purchasing it a second time. I asked politely to be compensated for this inconvenience because diesel fuel is high. I was told it was a clearance item and they were not obligated to compensate me anything. Well, the minority woman down business I work for is not obligated to spend anymore money at Home Depot, ever. On average my company spends between 40k and 60k a year, the last 15 years. A billion $ business lost me over 300 bucks.

I use this Home Depot because it is closest to my house. But after a recent move and many, many trips to Home Depot and Lowe's ... I have found a noticeable difference in the staff at this Home Depot location. They are friendly, helpful, and always ready to show a smile and bless others. Their staff make an impact with each interaction!

Recommendation: please be more attentive to your customers. You have faithful customers (myself) who commute over an hour to come shop at your store. And have to ask several different employees which no one was of assistance. I preordered a door, which was canceled due to not being stock! Which online states had many in stock. This is not the first time this has happened. After my order was canceled I asked to see other doors, no one would help me. this is ridiculous and unprofessional. I’m highly disappointed and very unhappy with the service I received, please advise and or have an inservice with your employees. This is so uncalled for.

What a truly terrible place to shop. Somewhat conveniently located to our home, so we have made many purchases there. Lawn tractor, light bulbs, chainsaw, etc. I have not ever been treated worse by the employees in any home improvement store. Not just one incident. Employees loudly complain about and talk about customers all over the store, and it's the worst at the "customer service" desk. After my last trip there today, and having no luck getting help from multiple employees, I walked up to the service desk. They didn't want to help, and then when I said I'd go somewhere that wanted to help me, they made a snotty remark as I walked out the door, in front of my daughter. I called the manager from my truck and tried to let him know what had happened. Didn't seem all that concerned and ended up disconnecting the phone call. Will not be back. If you have to go to Home Depot, drive to Bossier City. They're helpful there.

I went in to purchase some moving supplies about 30 mins ago (boxes, tape, etc..). They cashier was unprofessional and decided to bring up politics from nowhere pretty much bashing President Trump... look mf, i didnt come here to hear your political analogy, scan the f****** items and get over it

Ordered 400 sq ft wood flooring on line. 5 days later they cancelled the order with no explanation. I would not recommend order anything on line, but if you have to use Home Depot make sure you see, touch, feel at the store before purchase. I had better shopping experience with LOWES Customer Service was nice, but can't solve any problems
