5 Stars all the way !!! I had the best time buying my 2021 Ford Ecosport S with Holmes Honda this year ! Amazing costumer service and powerful work ethic. Lela Helped me out and she was absolutely the best !!!!!!!!!!!! She was so good at what she does but she didn’t just want to put me in any car she actually wanted me to be happy with my purchase and feel good and confident. She is a great lady and A fabulous saleswoman GO CHECK HER OUT !!!!

Lela made my car buying experience easy. When I first got there I was very nervous. We laughed about it. She insured me that everything was going to be ok and that she will get me taken care of. I had the most amazing experience shopping and purchasing at Honda Holmes. Lela was so helpful and wonderful. She was able to answer all my questions even after office hours and while she was even out!! Lela is the BEST and I’m so thankful for her and all that she did for me!! She made the car purchasing process such a breeze :) I drove 5 hours JUST FOR HER !!!

Great place to shop for a car , I saw what I wanted online called about it talked to a salesman Deiago an he was very helpful. I bought the vehicle an they delivered it to my house because if my schedule. He made the buying process so easy. I recommend anyone to Holmes Honda. If I decide to get another car I will definitely go there first.

Today's services were nothing pleasant. The fact that they charge you for a diagnostic test and it doesn't go towards any repairs is already a slap in the face! I came in and got a diagnostic test done knowing I would be paying $150 plus tax. For a services representative to call me up ringer desk to tell me they need an extra hour on the diagnostic test and it will be $300 plus dollars. WHY!?! It's the same test! I haven't left or came back or anything! You're wanting to charge me double!! I'm definitely writing corporate!! I'm sick of my money being taken for nothing!! I'm starting to hate Honda! The young lady Shayla Maez in service was very nonchalant, rude, and didn't care at all. Service manager she was very rude and not understanding to the point where she made me go off. I will be writing corporate for sure about the piss poor service. Send me a survey and it's all bad reviews.

Took truck there because truck was over heating. I changed parts that I knew to change. Told them not to change those parts again. They call me and say it's fixed. Charge me 1030 dollars. I drive 2 miles it overheats again. Thank God they didn't change my tires and charge me for that. Legal theft.

We recently purchased our daughter her first car. Colby Crowder was awesome to work with. He was super patient with us as we test drove a lot of cars. Once he knew what we were looking for, he called us as soon as a car came in that met what we were looking for. He even went in on his day off to take care of something for us. That was def above and beyond what he had to do as a salesman. I would recommend him to friends. Down to earth and easy to work with.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Holmes Honda. Our most recent purchase was with the help of Colby Crowder. He was excellent! He understood our situation and worked with us without ever pressuring us to rush to a quick decision. We appreciate his patience and sincerity. We recently bought a pre-owned car from Holmes. I noticed an issue a couple of weeks after the purchase, called about it, and was asked to bring it by the Service Department.
The Service Department identified the problem and worked with the Sales Department to take care of us. We could not be more eased with Holmes' service after the sale.
Their sales process and customer service is second to none and has been one of our best car purchase experiences to date.
