I wanted this car that I had my heart set on. I have a mortgage and I have others expenses. I wanted this pay for this car cash with a 5k off but the salesman asked manager and of course it's was a no. They wanted me to finance a 25k car that was gonna turn into 40k in total. Yes I know it all about the profit that salesman won't make commission. But at the end of the day they have there car and I still get to keep my 20k. So no love lost

I definitely will not recommend this dealership. Terrible experience!!
I was not going to add much context to my review, but after seeing farzad elyasi response, I will. His response makes it seem I had an issue with the price of the car. If that was the case, I would have gotten a different car.
To summarize my issue, please keep in mind that I bought this car online and it was shipped to me.
Issue #1: The mileage on the car when I signed the sales document was 28326. When I received the car, the odometer showed a Mileage of 29061 (please see images).That is a difference of over 700 miles on the car. I was not notified of this discrepancy and an explanation has still not been provided. I find this act of deceit totally unacceptable and a deal breaker.
Issue #2: The sales rep patience nkom during the purchase confirmed that there were no scratches or Dents. When the car was received there were scratches and dents identified (please see images).

I recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes C300 from Mercedes Benz of Shreveport, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The process was incredibly smooth and easy. I was amazed at how fast everything was handled.

Sales rep was Aaron & he seemed like a good person initially however, he didn't include my owners manual w/ my car when it was delivered to me although i had asked for it when i was there. I was really disappointed. Afterall, this is Mercedes Benz? Right?

Buying a vehicle is never easy, or stress free, but the associates at Shreveport Mercedes made the process much easier. Super friendly staff that were extremely courteous and friendly. My salesperson, Breezy, was amazing. Friendly, honest, caring, very knowledgeable, and she acted like an old friend. I came after a certain vehicle, but their inventory is large and varied. The GM made the final deal, but he got me what I wanted and to the number I wanted. I am very pleased with everyone’s professionalism - and, the transaction. 5* all the way.
