Clean, spacious, secure, friendly staff.
No trash removal like other storage facilities but they make up for it with great customer service, low prices, clean environment, & secure monitoring. I feel safe here knowing that there are cameras everywhere and that someone monitors them 24/7.

The first few months there were no issues. After 2022 came around things changed. I requested multiple times for a backup number to be removed & changed to another and that obviously never happened. When they finally got ahold of the old back up # & that person got a hold of me I gave them a call where they were rude saying they’ve contacted me several times (obviously not or we wouldn’t have an issue) and that my unit was going to auction TOMORROW. Seeing as how I have my phone records AND email records as proof that I was NOT ONCE contacted before this, we are keeping a lawyer involved in case anymore shady things happen from this company before we can remove our belongings from the unit. The unit was placed on a credit card that is NEVER without money/credit availability so the excuse that it “declined” is not even believable. SHADY storage run by SHADY and rude individuals.

Do not trust these people please this company is truly dishonest and they are truly a joke please don't trust them with your property it will not turn out well for you at all. My fiancé and I have been a customer of theirs since 2018. We have paid our bill faithfully every month through every price hike imageable and all without complaint. We chose to store our Camaro with them because they offered cameras on their property and a coded entry and exit per their website oh so we thought until our car was broken into and vandalized on their property and then the Situation turned out to be a nightmare. I reported the problem to the police and to their managers either Ms.Ebony or Ms.Monica I can't remember which to be told that the cameras on property don't even work and haven't for sometime now and if that wasn't bad enough then they had the nerve to tell me that there company Is not responsible for the damage to our vehicle I didn't see that posted anywhere on their Property or on their website that they would not assume responsibility should such a thing happen on their property so if there not responsible then I would like to who the hell is since they assume responsible for my payment once a month without fail that's Why I pay them every month and they haven't reached back out since I reported this happening over a month or two ago and neither has there boss Joe Lawler at Lawler title company located on Professional Dr. no pun intended I just thought everyone should know. Please don't let them take advantage of you too. Consider yourself Warned. Ms. Shawn HortonPs. Thank you for nothing!

The girls in the office tell you one thing, then change their story and tell you something else. They have cost me a lot of extra money. I will never use again or recommend them to any one.

Made a report to the office that my locks had been cut on Sunday, went to check on my things four days later and my unit was empty, and all I got out the girl Brittany was that they are reviewing the camera but they haven’t found any suspicious activity around our unit. Do not put your belongings here if you want them.. When I asked did they look at the cameras from the weekend I was told that it was too late because they cameras only holds three days of material.. If you would have started your research when we first called maybe just maybe we would have had this problem. Now it looks like we are just out of a four wheeler, hot water heater, weed eater, backpack blower, and other tools that we didn’t want cramped up in our garage. Below are picture from Sunday..
