Worst rental car company ever. Made a reservation. No one present at the specified opening time. The person who showed up has no clue what is going on. How are you guys still open. Your customer service is a joke

Every time I call to speak with an employee, the phone hangs up.

Made reservations that morning of june 22 for a afternoon rental showed up and employee at the counter said they would not honor any rentals made the day of. No reason or explanation. Never again going thru Hertz.
