Came in October 11th for consultation and was able to get my hair done same day. The experience was amazing in every way. After my first silk press, I noticed that my hair did not shed much after washing it myself. Normally I have 2 big handfuls of shedded hair. Everything was amazing. I was suppose to come back in December but I couldn’t wait. I look forward to this journey on having healthier hair. The professionalism was also great. As long as I’m here in Louisiana I’m booking! It takes a lot for me to trust anyone with my hair… but this was definitely a different experience!!!

Had quite an experience here. This lady tried to scare me to believing my hair was “extremely damaged and bad and my scalp has “something”. Her tactic is to fanatically scare you into believing your hair is damaged and she will save it while endorsing her products and unnecessary steps to rack your bill up. Money wasn’t my biggest concern here as much as quality was but she sure did try to pay all her bills off my head. She charged me 25$ more for having coarse hair too and tried to inflict late charges on me despite her being 17 mins late on my consultation appt. She also seemed obsessed with cutting my hair to a bob which she tried forcing on me OVER 10 times. All I can say is know your hair lest you fall prey to her fanaticism. Picture for my “extremely damaged hair” which she said will frizz by tomorrow if i don’t chop it to a bob. She was wrong. She also didn’t style it because I refused to have it chopped to a bob. This is platinum silk press for 230$. (175$ plus unnecessary additions). It’s nothing different than normal silk press except it comes with an unnecessary bathrobe and sandals during the service. No I didn’t ask for those either. Again, money wasn’t my concern at all, but the greed was surreal.

The moment I sit in her chair I was impressed. Very professional, made me feel very welcoming. She never rushed through the process and when I left. My hair felt so light, so refreshed, soft, bouncy, full of love. ?I can really tell the difference from her products and others. Day 5 and my silk press still looks amazing. I have received several compliments on my hair. I love the fact everyone hair is different and she caters to each hair individual needs. Hair Krazy Salon is a Very Professional Environment Kari Specialize & Healthy hair if you are serious ?about your hair I would recommend kari for your stylist ! First thank you. Thank you for giving me the comfort in trusting you with my color process, cut and silk press. After years of not seeing a hairstylist , you made me realize that one bad experience from other stylist doesn't dictate all . I absolutely love my color not to mention the reactions from my family . I think they love it just as much as I do. I found a salon tech that truly specializes in healthy hair ( will not touch it until she has consulted with you first !!! ) I appreciate your gift. As for me, I'll be eating my daily hair Krazy gummies using my hair krazy products and waiting until March for my next appointment.
